Nice place, I liked the authentic style (a lot of woodware in the room) and it makes one more impression of the travel to Albania. Kind and lovely personnel, family management style. I visit hotel in the end of season, so there were calm and comfortable. It costs its money, and the portions in restaurant a-la-carte big and tasty.

Need to walk though the bridge over the highway to get the hotel from the beach, but it's not far away.

Love it here… “Vila Belvedere” is a small “Paradise” at “Shkëmbi i Kavajës”… beautiful ambiance, surrounded by exotic flowers, local trees, palms and giant Bougainvilles… … 2 minutes walk to the Beach in the front of the Hotel… wonderful staff that goes out of their way to make your stay memorable! New-Huge-Pool… and deck… Hotel is re-done inside-out… All rooms are different… this boutique Hotel has so much character… everywhere is so clean, safe, quite… with low voice pleasant music… Free armchairs for the beach and pool… wonderful-free breakfast, with endless variety of products, served under the trees, by the pool or inside, in elegant tables with white-crisp table cloths… Amazing food, either sophisticated Italian cuisine, or/and traditional-wonderful Albanian plates… Beautiful Cocktails… wines & beers, espresso bar… like the Best… homemade breads, homemade ice creams & desserts… that taste “out of this world”…! Spacious, easy, safe, super clean-free parking… I can’t stop counting the good qualities of this Amazing place! Thank You Vila Belvedere!

location- very nice, close enough to everything, but you have to cross the highway on a bridge on your way to and from the beach. the rooms +partially refurbished, kind of the mix of the pics we seen on booking (at the time of august 2023), but it wasn’t disappointing as everything is VERY clean, we got fresh towels and bedding when needed, trash cans were emptied every day. the bed is comfortable, pillows are also nice and there’s some extra in the closet. wi-fi is fast and reliable. hair&body wash was provided, body lotion wasn’t, would have been nice to have. the pool and beach - beach towel is provided by the hotel, which is a very big plus! pool is surprisingly clean and cool, has floor levels for swimming and chilling too. sunbeds are comfortable. the hotel has a private beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas included, very nice and cozy. the staff - at the reception everyone is very nice and accommodating, very quick to help with anything. at the restaurant and pool bar everyone is polite as well, we had no problem at all. cleaning ladies are also very nice and friendly the food - standard buffet breakfast, nothing fancy but everything is alright.

the curtain doesn’t cover every part of the window, so there’s always a bit where the sun shines through once the sun rises. the doors also pretty thin, you can hear everyone walk/talk past on the corridor. there is no safe box in the room (but stuff can be deposited at the manager’s safe as we were informed). also the sea view isn’t very a sea view as there are buildings in front of the hotel. no menu for the cocktails at the pool area

Good breakfasts, very pleasant staff, except for the older baldy guy... Especially one girl speaks well english and was very pleasent. Very close to the beach. Great swimming pool!!! Nice rooms, though they could be better cleaned, especially bathrooms. At the beginning we asked for changing the room because of smell and we got new one, without any problems.

There is a gym, but it is in very poor condition. Most of devices are broken or out of order. There is even no dumbbell weights and the place is very dusty.

We will definitely book again in this hotel .The hotel is characterized by an old Italian style. The wood work on the furnitures is amazing . The bedroom was the perfect size for us, it was very clean and confy. The garden outside was to die for .The pool was so calming and sorounded by that beautiful garden with a lot of flowers. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner we ate had the best seafoods we ever tried. The staff was so helpful with us. I highly recomend this hotel !!

Vila Belvedere is a little oasis of peace and tranquility close to the sea. The furniture in the rooms looks a little outdated but the matresses are confortable. What makes the vila great are the garden and the pool. Surrounded by tall trees the garden has a special italian vibe to it and the pool is quite large and clean. The outdoor restaurant and bar manager Vasili does an excellent job to make sure you feel welcome and well taken care of so have a drink and enjoy a meal at the outdoor restaurant, food is excellent and the service too. Try the mussles, they are really good. Parking is easy and free of charge in a private location.

There is a downside that you need to cross an overpass over the highway to get to the sea but it is still a small price to pay.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly, very willing to help with whatever was needed. Location was great, lovely hill trails behind the hotel. 2 minute walk to the hotels private beach with their own sunbeds but in a peaceful setting. Wide section of different foods and juices for breakfast.

Fitness suite could be more effectively laid out

Amazing Breakfast: 3 different eggs 2 different butters 3 different jams 2 different honeys 3 different cheeses 3 different salamis 3 different cereals 2 different yougurts 3 different breads 5 different fresh fruits Coffe, Milk, Water, Tea 2 different juices Cookies Crackers 2 different Cakes… at least 3 natural seeds etc…

Nothing to fix: Perfect Service Spotless Clean Beautiful Landscaping 2 Levels Gorgeous Pool Charming Numerous Ambiance Smiley people … all wonderful…

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was always cleaned and made up. Personally the pool was the greatest at the hotel, I loved it. The breakfast was delicious, could have been a bit more diverse though.

Air condition didn't work so well, but no big deal.

- Very nice propriety, just a pasage over the road, then 20 metters and you are on the beach; - Sunbeds and umbrelas included in price of the room; - Nice pool; - Good restaurant, we served dinner and lunch here (breakfast was included in room price); - 2 parkings for the guest's cars; - Vasili, the man who's serving in the restaurant, very helpfull, good english speaker, very stilish....I think all hotels must have one "Vasili";

- Although it was plenty of space in the parking, my car had a little scratch on the back (left side); - The restaurant does not serve traditional albanian food;
