I really liked the staff in the hotel and also the breakfast. When we checked in we had booked a room with three beds and a double room. But we actually got a suite and an other bigger room than we had ordered. That was a really amazing effort by the hotel. Thank you!

There was not a lot that I did not like with the hotel. But we had one big issue, and that was the safety. When the cleaner had been in our room she left the window open. When we came into the room our small son went to the window (which is on floor level) and he could easily have fallen out. It would have been approximately a 5-6 meter fall. The same thing was in the spa when somebody from the maintenance had left a hatch open in the floor at the edge of the pool. The hole was about 3 m deep and the bottom filled with water. Our son was actually almost going there. Without kids it may be hard to realize these things, but it was actually a serious safety issue.

The front office staff was very courteous They upgraded my rooms and gave me choice to select my rooms, The children loved the pool, Parking was available, we are happy.

The hotel need some technical makeover, like bathrooms did not have locks, AC Remotes were not there, TV stand leg was not fixed Daily cleaning was not done properly, the bed linen, towels, waste cleaning etc were not done. We had to report it to reception and they send a cleaning lady that had a attitude issue. This we reported it to management however. Back office need improvement

Location, walking distance to the old "pazar" and other places, the housekeeping was great and the girls at the front desk were both very helpful, but the service at most of the hotels at city of Korce must do a lot of changes to better serve the tourists. There is a lot that needs to be learned.

Please make sure to have a better service and more qualified personal at the breakfast area, the food you are serving must be a reflection of city of Korce and their family style and tradition.

First, thank you for the room upgrade. in the room we found eveeyrhink ready. Rhe crib for the baby was in there, with a nice toy for the baby. well appriciated. room 301: suite big enough for a family of 4, room alleready heated. Nice view, confy bed. room 502: nice view from the 5-th floor. the girls at the reception were polite and helpfull. The pool was nice and warm, looked very clean. Breackfast was sodisfing and the coffe very tasty to start the day with 😃

room 502 was near the evalator, and the noise of it moving keept us awake. mattress not confortable at all. room 301: everythink perfect

Staff are very good and location is perfect. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was ok, but they will make you a great coffee if you ask. Parking is restricted so make sure you check with them first.

Its not really a 4* hotel and the decor is a little tired, but clean.

The location was amazing , the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and they went over and above with assisting us with our queries FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE - very large, very clean room for 3 adults 😊

Cold water in the swimming pool, the bubble bath, sauna didn't work. I booked more or less for the sauna and the swimming pool, unfortunately, that was below my expectations. Empty fridge in the room, empty minibar.

The hotel is central, within 7 minutes walk to the old bazaar. The rooms are spacious with huge windows for natural light.

Food could be better and offer more choice. Additionally the eggs and meat produce were placed together in the same heater - not very vegetarian friendly. Staff are not really client focused. Nevertheless, it was an okay stay.

The hotel is at an amazing location. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I booked a double room and they offered me a mini suite for the same price because they were not fully booked. They even allowed me a free late check in.
