New hotel with amazing views. Everything was wonderful and clean. Comfortable rooms. The area is quiet and the hotel is very safe. Good location. I highly recommend.

It is such a lovely hotel, attentive and incredible staff! We Stayed in Ori Mare for 5 nights after travelling down from Tirana City. The Hotel room was beautiful we had a partial Sea view, spacious and modern - they cleaned the rooms daily but you also have the option not to do it daily! They also have two decent size pools and a pool bar and they also offer pool towels for each guest! I believe it was a family-run hotel which I love, a small hotel on top of the hill! The daily breakfast was fresh and you had so many options and delicious food :) On our last day, we had to wait for our transfer to collect us around 2 pm and we asked for a later checkout and they granted this at no extra cost (this of course depends on how many check-ins they have that day so don't expect it) but we appreciated it so much! I would like to thank the bar staff, the management, the chefs, and the housekeeping staff all of them were fantastic!

Side note for anyone planning on staying here; They are located at the top of a hill which is quite steep, and the beach is around a 15/20 minute walk, all beaches are beach clubs and you will have to pay for sunloungers, if you have a car and can go up the coast I'm sure you'd find little remote beaches to go to without having to pay.

Breakfast was lovely, more continental which my girlfriend and I really didn't mind. Location was good, as it overlooked the whole of Ksamil and it was a few minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants and beaches so was quiet in the evening at the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned regularly throughout our 5 day stay.

Our whole time and experience at the Ori Mare was amazing and faultless. Only slight issue, which is harsh at that, is the WIFI seemed to drop out for myself, when sat around the pool, but most likely my phone and coverage more so.

It was an amazing stay. The staff was super thoughtful and very nice. The breakfast was very tasty and good variety. The rooms absolutely spotless and clean. Location is just a bit away from the chaotic center, but it was appreciated a bit of quiet. I would come back for sure Easy parking

Very well located new hotel, a bit of the margin of Ksamil and away from the crowd, but still in walking distance to the center. Great view over the city, the sea and surroundings. Two little, well maintained pools, garage and outside breakfast area. Rooms are comfy, very clean and well equipped, though not too spacious.

Breakfast could benefit from more variety. There is literally the same offer every day. If you stay a few more days, it can become quite boring soon.

Great location, staff and pool. The room was great - good size with a nice view. The staff were super friendly. It’s in a good location, quieter than the Main Street but in walkable distance. For the price, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in, thank you Ori Mare!

The breakfast was okay, it wasn’t bad but it could be better/more varied. The shower temperature and pressure were a little temperamental, but overall everything was perfect.

Wonderful hotel in Ksamil! New and modern hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and a spacious balcony where you have amazing views over the city and the sea. The hotel is perfectly located, just outside the chaotic city center. Restaurants, beaches and shops are a short walk away. The room was carefully cleaned every day, towels were changed daily and even shampoo and shower gel were replenished. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied. There was plenty of choice and a good balance between sweet and savoury. Very attentive and friendly staff, from the manager to the cleaners, all members were lovely and always willing to help. We had a fantastic stay! Would definitely recommend!!

The only thing we missed was the facility for coffee and tea in the room.

The hotel is beautiful. Special thanks to the stuff, really kind and helpful. The room was so nice, with a lovely terrace. The swimming pool not so big but beautiful too. The position is perfect to reach the center (about 5 min by foot) and also some beaches (about 7/10 minutes by foot). If you have a car it is perfect because you can park in the private parking of the hotel, also with the help of the stuff, or outside the hotel, and then reach all the attractions around ksamil. The breakfast is amazing and also the drinks (we always had an exquisite passion fruit vodka sour on the poolside).

The owners are very nice, friendly and cordial people which made the stay to a pleasant time. They gave support to all questions and helped us with their knowledege in respect to location as beaches and restaurants. The breakfast was nicely decorated/ presented and consists out of fresh, cutted fruits, cereals, local specialties as sweet cakes and ingredients for "greek" salat. Located is the hotel in the more calm part of Ksamil with a wonderful overview and close distance to restaurants and beaches.

My wife and me did not miss something in particular. The pool is nice as well and in May/June with a resfreshing water temperature.
