Unfortunately, the receptionist, who was not part of the staff we met during our first visit, was quite unprofessional. He was outside smoking a cigarette and stopped us at the front door to check if we had a reservation, all while holding the cigarette. This behavior was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service we had previously experienced.

Friendly, kind, and welcoming team - flexible with check-in/checkout if time permits. Was great to pay by credit card although there are several ATMs on each block you pass. Great location by the beach, away from city traffic, and located around many great restaurants and supermarkets for convenience. Bus runs by often into city for 40LEK; however, it is an easy 15 minute walking distance. Unit was exceptionally clean, spacious, well appointed kitchen to make a variety of meals, salt/pepper, Smart TV with Netflix, two air conditioners/heaters, plenty of towels & toilet paper (restocked every 3rd day), soap (no shampoo), and extra large deck with partial sea view was an added bonus provided by Klodij who kindly escorted me to the apartment behind the hotel, providing me with also local information and tips. He also noted if I needed anything, the front desk is open 24-hrs, available via instant messaging and could get supplies within 30 minutes. Brilliant!

The hotel’s location is perfect—close to everything you need. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the ideal retreat after a day of exploring. Plus, the staff? Absolutely delightful, always going the extra mile to make sure your stay is nothing short of amazing.

The parking spot was pretty cozy, but finding the guy to open the gate was like searching for a rare species—if the gate was closed, you'd be waiting around 5-10 minutes for him to show up. On the second day, I decided to park at a nearby lot where you could come and go as you pleased, no doorman required! 😂 As for the WiFi... let's just say it was more of a "find a good signal and pray" situation.

We stayed in an apartment which was very spacious, clean and quiet. Nice shower, comfortable bed. Very friendly staff at reception. Safe parking. Dogs are allowed, you pay a deposit which you get back if no damages, which I find very fair.

Good big flat which met our needs. The hotel did not communicate with us at all- we had to make all the moves for any information.

No real link between the hotel and the apartments.

Amazing stay, clean & cozy rooms in a perfect location. The staff was always friendly and available, Thanks to Kevin and all his colleagues 🙌🏼 Would definitely comeback!

Nothing to dislike about this place.

Loved our triple room with side sea view, and very nice wall decoration. Also very clean. Staff helped with luggage, parking garage assistance. Beach was in front of hotel. For breakfast we loved the salty waffles and baked eggs.

Everything was great! The apartment was spacious and clean. There was everything for a comfortable stay, including kitchen utensils and a washing machine. The apartment is also pet friendly. And the beach is just a few steps away. There is a nice bar where you can have breakfast while enjoying the seaview. Can't thank enough the staff! They were really accommodating and friendly. We ended up staying for another week as everything was really perfect. Matteo, Ksenia and Karma (the dog🙂)

The apartment was on the ground floor. Very spacious and was spotlessly clean. The apartment was modern and well equipped and had all the items you need including a washing machine. There were 2 air conditioning units but we didn't need them as the airflow through the apartment was great. The apartments are approximately 100m from the beach. The staff were really helpful and friendly and willing to suggest ideas for places to visit and answer questions. We would highly recommend it and look forward to visit again in the future.

The room was very big as well as the bathroom with a massive shower. The views from the room were great right to the sea. Very good location closely to restaurants and local amenities. Staff very nice and facilitated access to underground parking for free which it was very appreciated. Powerful Aircon (turns off when you leave the room and doesn't work if windows are open). Private space in the beach including sunbeds and umbrella.

Not accessible for people with mobility problems, many stairs to access the hotel. The toilet was constantly flushing and it was a little bit annoying at night. Very limited options on breakfast although ok for the price you pay (400 lek per person per day)
