The views are fantastic and infinity pool and bar area are lovely to relax in the day. The hotel was very accommodating to change out booking date and allow a later check out. They also made a birthday special with petals in the room and dessert which was a lovely touch.

Unfortunately there were a couple of things that could be improved. The room had a bit of mold, exposed door fittings and bathroom bin that hadn’t been emptied. A hair was found in one of the breakfast dishes on the buffet and the waitress just replied with ok and left the dish out for other customers - I was told she didn’t understand English or Albanian which is surprising! We booked a swim up room and we were very disappointed that the balcony or pool doesn’t get any sun in the morning- so we weren’t able to enjoy this element as we had planned in the morning. The food and drinks are also very expensive. For over €300 a night in Albania we expected a real 5* experience!

We wanted luxury and this place provided it. Our room was large, spotless, comfortable and the private pool at our doorstep was bliss. The shared pool and sunbathing areas were ideal and stunning. The staff were professional, helpful and happy. The breakfast was full of fresh and tasty foods. The restaurant was lovely with a view to match. If you want to mix it up, there is a traditional restaurant across the road. The beach is a short steep walk (5min down, 8min up) pebble shore and turquoise water).

Aside from not having a full menu available, everything was perfect.

We stayed here for 5 nights, it was pretty amazing when we found out at check in that we received an upgrade to their most luxurious room for the first night. The staff was pretty helpful and responding throughout our stay especially Marina at the front desk she was tremendous both helpful, conversational and it made our stay very special and unique plus formed a cute friendship with our 3 year old daughter. The hotel is pretty new and the facilities are amazing. The view is breathtaking.

Keep in mind if you book with family (toddlers) you'll have to drive to entertainment for them in the city. They make you feel very special however not the most adequate place for babies and toddlers. Frankly it wasn't meant for them in the first place but still pretty decent. Also be cautious not all the rooms have access to the pool, this is well defined in their page both in booking and website.

It was very clean, the facilities were excellent, pool area was bliss, the room was beautiful and our own private balcony which was lovely too. The bathroom was fabulous with a walk in shower. The whole hotel was gorgeous. What really made our stay here though was the exceptional hospitality shown from all the staff at the hotel. They made our stay really comfortable and special, they went out their way on all the small details without us even having to ask or request anything. They truly made our stay here one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Thank you to all at Nobus, you made our holiday.

It’s a little way out of Vlore and other areas, however it’s exactly as it states on the map. We had a car so it was no trouble for us at all and the golf cart to the private beach area was also a brilliant touch to add to the stay if you don’t have a form of transport. Just be aware of location, it caused us no bother but something to be mindful of.

Location is off. I would have liked to have more restaurant options without having to take a taxi.

We had an amazing view of the ocean from our room and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The pool was very clean and again, the view was perfect. There are plenty of sun beds available and the pool bar did great cocktails. All the staff were polite and helpful.

The music by the pool was very loud and not very relaxing - maybe just a personal preference but would have preferred something a bit more chill. The evening restaurant wasn't great - the food is a lot more basic than the website suggests and wasn't worth the money. Would be good if the hotel provided tea/coffee in the room.

He is truly the NOBUS HERO and deserves all the recognition for making our experience so wonderful! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner was spotless, and it was clear that great attention was paid to maintaining a high standard of hygiene. The hotel facilities were exceptional, and everything was designed with guest comfort and luxury in mind. One of the highlights was the pool, which was cleaned twice daily, ensuring that it was always pristine and inviting. Unlike many other hotels, the sunbeds were complimentary for all guests, which we greatly appreciated. The spa facilities were included in our stay and were of the highest quality. The sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were all well-maintained and provided the perfect space to relax and unwind. What truly stood out at Nobus was how effortlessly they made us feel like kings. Every detail, from the attentive service to the high-quality amenities, showed that Nobus understands what it means to deliver a true 5-star experience. They have set the standard for luxury hotels, and we would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a memorable and flawless stay.

For a hotel in that price category I would expect more excellence in the little things: the bar keeper failed two out of two cocktails. Mixing the right ingredients the second time, the cocktail ended up being super watery. Generally the staff is Kind but not well trained. Furthermore, the hotel surroundings are a mess, a construction side in front of the building, power lines in the view sight of the pool area. All criticisms on a high level, but hey - if you want to play the big leagues, check your surroundings. In the off-season the area in general is pretty empty which is just something you need to know.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with a stunning sea view. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with large balcony that opened to a breathtaking panorama of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying a coffee on the balcony was pure bliss. The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. Antonio at the reception with a smooth check-in and check-out, who offered me a better room to welcome us. Kledja of the spa, a very professional lady with a knowledge of how to make a guest happy, went the extra mile and made my Daughter celebrate her birthday with a complimentary cake, thank you again. Anieza also was there to assist and help all the time with all our request. Mira and her daughter Nela made the room fresh and very clean every day. Fabiana at the restaurant is a smiley and welcoming lady who gives a lovely spirit to start the day at the breakfast area. The pool restaurant staff were amazing too, I couldn't take the lady name who took my order for sushi 5 minutes before the closing, the valet driver and all the rest of the staff members . The hotel's restaurant offered fresh, delicious breakfast complemented by the serene seaside ambience and we didn'tregret having dinner the last night of the stay, Overall, it was a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway, perfect for anyone looking to relax by the water. Highly recommend!

Totally instagrammable hotel that looks like it’s photoshopped- staff friendly - definitely worth the experience for a night - wonderful views out to sea

If you look straight down View from room past the private pool was a bit like a car park. Slightly catfish but that was the only thing. Shower had a bit of mould around the silicone sealant but otherwise clean. Food pricey , breakfast not great, the only coffee available with breakfast was espresso and macchiato - you had to pay for ice coffee, capuccino etc when other hotels offer the full range and at this price I don’t see why they wouldn’t. Give the cakes a miss too. and as other reviews said it’s isolated and the beach is reached by a golf buggy - beach and hotel are a mismatch, beach not slick, but cute- and water rough and stoney but sea beautiful .
