Staff members always friendly and helpful. Shuttle drivers very careful and ensure that their clients are comfortable. The hotel is spotless and located at proximity to the airport.

If I may suggest the hotel to consider, perhaps, offering takeaway breakfasts (e.g. sandwiches/croissant, box of juices, or fruits) for clients who need to check out at dawn, before breakfast opening hours, and had their breakfast included in the booking; up to clients to accept or decline. Thank you.

It was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was good and again the staff there wanted to make you feel welcome and provide whatever you asked for.

This is a proper, modern hotel where everything works. Better than an airport hotel in Amsterdam. No noise from the highway nearby which is impressive. A very good, varied breakfast. Exceeded expectations by a lot

The only reserve is location. Indeed, the hotel was full of business travellers coming or going to the airport. A taxi or car is a must to connect to town/airport. We used it for overnight stay in Alger before s morning flight, and it was the right decision

The breakfast was great. The hotel location for access to the airport was great. Staff were friendly and efficient and the transport offers went above and beyond expectations. The rooms were clean, modern and well presented.

The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not functioning correctly so the room was too warm and stuffy for achieving a good nights sleep. We checked in too late to be bothered to change the room for the one night that we stayed in transit at this hotel. I am sure we could have relocated if necessary.

The willingness of the staff to help making my stay enjoyable. I felt safe and enjoyed the quietness. Continental breakfast was included. I truly enjoyed having a nice coffee, fresh and seasonal fruits and traditional bakeries. No cooked breakfast but, the restaurant manager always offered to prepare omelette if I wished to. I had been offered in a few occasions complementary bottles of water/coffees/teas/herbal teas. Very thoughtful! A 5-star service indeed. The receptionist helped me booking taxis to go to town, offered me the shuttle service to help me get my lost luggage back and forth from the airport.

Although the hotel is in a quiet area, about 10 minutes drive to the airport and 45 minutes to Algiers town centre, there are no shops or attractions nearby at walking distance (not part of my objectives though). But, I still recommend it for business and solo travellers for its safety and great provided services.

The rooms were perfect for me. The TV had all the programs I wanted to watch. They would change towels and linen every single day. The staff was super sweet. Their breakfast was nice. Fatah was an amazing manager, the receptionist was very sweet, and the cleaning staff was friendly.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Although I stayed for 15 days and I paid quite a bit.

It was just for a one-night stay, and we chose it because of the free airport transfer - they arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport which is what we were looking for as we arrived at night. The communication with the driver was easy. We enjoyed their breakfast spread - so many varieties to choose from.

Everyone very helpful in general but especially because I had to spend an extra day in the area recuperating from illness.

it’s not quite as close to the airport as would be ideal, and it’s in a noisy location far from public transport or shopping. The free airport shuttle and good onsite restaurant makes it all work though.

I spent 7 comfortable days with great food, staff and location. Great place❣️
