Pool & spa at extra cost is unnecessary It’s not worth the 12 Euro a head per hour Parking at 22 Euro a day is way too expensive Can park hotel behind in open car park for 3 Euro a day

Excellent quad room with 4 proper beds, recently refurbished with excellent bathroom. Mountain view was amazing. We had half board and we were more than happy with the food. New Years Eve gala dinner was included in our half board and was lovely!

Pool area needs a complete revamp to be up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. As it is currently it is not worth paying to enter as you could walk to the other local spas which are much nicer. Ski lockers are not heated (which I am very surprised by) so ski boots do not dry overnight.

Breakfast wasn't the best i've ever had but it was steady. Everything you want. It's a shame you get scowled at in these places for wrapping up a sandwich for later but they are all the same. The location is fantastic, as long as you are happy to carry your ski's 5 mins to the lift. Fine for me but my 68 year old father would have rather it been a ski in ski out hotel, you don't get the town on the evening then however. Room was basic but everything you need and expect. Clean. Pool area was nice, you get a free visit if booking with booking.com, I can't imagine anyone paying 12euros for it. Drinks were a good price.

I think the hotel was on the expensive side. I guess they know they have a great location. Lounge, bar, view, breakfast, spa, all good. Room, basic, ask for the slope facing rooms.

Location for skiing was excellent. Food was amazing. Rooms are spotless and the Mountain View amazing.

Rooms could be a bit warm sometimes so had to turn off radiator but wasn’t a problem. The bar service could be a bit slow around 3pm due to times of staff changeovers.

The location, staff, room were very good. We enjoyed dining in the Fontanella restaurant and the staff there are very professional and friendly especially the head waiter from Brazil (sorry I cannot recall his name) please pass on our gratitude.

The sauna jacuzzi and pool were poor. The jacuzzi was tepid warm which might cause bugs to grow! The sauna did not warm up.

Clean room. Varied breakfast options with local products, fresh pancakes and juices. Really close to ski lifts and free ski lockers available, just need a €1 coin.

Double bed was two singles that kept sliding apart

The wonderful staff especially the lovely waitresses who were kind and helpful. The food is a great range each night. Breakfast fab with good bacon. Quiet rooms. Handy for the gondola, good parking outside or in. In centre of Soldeu. Nice bar area with balcony in front of slopes.It was perfect for us.

We brought our own kettle as none in the room.The room could do with a new carpet. But honestly we loved everything.

Comfortable hotel, nice food with loads of choice. Great access to piste with gondola Station, and ski hire right next door.

Parking in hotel very expensive ~€20/day. Parking on car park outside only €3/day

Great location, Fantastic terrace with restaurant and bar. The view from the room was great.

The rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment. The carpet was disgusting and stained. For what they charge, there could be better care taken of the rooms.

Second time here. Nice position 100 m to Soldeu lift. Good breakfasts and salon. Nice personel.

You should change name "Spa" to " just a pool and sauna". But they are okish.
