Special thanks to the staff, especially Gabriel. Everything was very detailed, they shared maps, helped with parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Awesome breakfast, good coffee, has lactose free milk. I was very satisfied, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Really convenient location for the Funicamp gondola. Excellent breakfasts and imaginative dinners. Lovely restaurant staff. Comfy beds. And an extra special thank you to the cleaning staff who kept our rooms spotless.

The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with very friendly helpful staff. The beds and pillows etc were very comfortable and the room was not only immaculately clean but also the perfect temperature. The added bonus of a balcony was just lovely! The hotel manager/owner was super kind to me on what was a stressful non- holiday related trip. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great family run hotel in the centre of Encamp. The owner and the staff are very friendly and professional, and the dinners (we had half-board) are exceptional. Great value for money!

Bathrooms are a bit old, but everything is kept clean and well maintained.

The restaurant is awesome - we enjoyed all the dinners we had there and the breakfast was also good with enough choices. The service was pleasant and while the menu was not available in English, the waitresses serving us made sure that we understand what is on the menu. In general, the staff (and especially the waitresses) was perfect.

The batchtub could be slightly bigger. Was not perfectly cleaned, but nothing serious.

Great location in the center of town, with paid parking nearby and easy access to many restaurants and the Funicamp cable car. The hotel is pet friendly, though the pets are not allowed in the dining area, so if you intend to eat with your pet, you can take the breakfast into your room.

Mountain views from the balcony, good buffet breakfast, location (free shuttle bus to the funicamp goes nearby), possibility to extend our staying easily for the same price.

Simple, clean hotel located right in the center of town. Good price/quality balance. The room had a very spacious balcony with views of the street and mountains. Breakfast was very good for the price.

Everything was fine for the price! cheap, cheerful, clean, and comfortable. What more could you ask for.

The air con turned off after being on for 2 hours and had to be reset to be on again.
