The location is great if you’re going skiing or if you want to enjoy a bit of the mountains away from the city, but if you want to stay in the city then this hotel is a bit out of the way. We wanted to stay in the mountains so it was perfect for us. We paid extra for the room with a Mountain View and it was well worth it. We split with the terrace door open and fell asleep to the running stream next to the hotel. The breakfast was also incredible with a variety of breads, meat, cheeses, juices, and fruits. We even got to order omelets from the kitchen. The dinner was also incredible. Highly recommend the gastronomic menu.

The service was sometimes a bit slow, but that could also just be us being from the U.S. and being used to exceptionally fast service. Other than that everything was perfect!

# ICE-COLD AC in my room, WOW! # Amazing reception staff!! # very good mattress in my room. ( at least I loved it) # usable and good ( Superior ) room size for 1 Person with a nice garden view. And one more thing: Car parking = € 15,-- / 24 H. If you think this is expensive, try the ample free spaces near the hotel. Unless you have an SUV with small rims, you'd better avoid them....

Very helpful and friendly personnel. Quiet location even though the hotel is situated by road. Spacious parking. Room (including bathroom) was clean, public areas too.

Bed was uncomfortable: too big and hard pillows (no options), two sheets instead of duvet cover were always messy. Camouflage netting on the windows instead of tulle is undoubtedly unusual yet rather wrong idea. Some small things: upon check-in fridge and kettle were unplugged from hard to reach outlets behind the table; TV remote controls (both in two rooms) didn't work with TVs; no toilet brush.

Top location. Free park a 20 meters hotel. Clean. Excellent Wi-Fi. Normal breakfast. Quiet! Confortable! Excellent staff. Top tv screen. Full recommended hotel Value for money. Parking if need you can put inside hotel for a few. But no need. Supermarket a 2 minutes distance by car. Minibar on the room. You can make your tea and coffee in the room.

Breakfast is basic. For a 4 stars is not what you expect for. Its more a 2/3 stars hotel menu.

We liked the location, the treatment of the staff in evrey request ( especially grasiella). The resturant was great, the gym was good and a lot of space around the hotel. My son liked to sit in the bar . The brd was giant and the room was nice and wide. There was safety deposite and littel porch.

I didn't like the bed which too soft for me. The lobby wasn't too inviting to stay there.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was right next to a little stream which added to the relaxing environment. Also, the restaurant on site was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the price! Our balcony looking at the mountains was also a great addition and the staff was fantastic!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was comfortable. The beautiful mountain and river views were a treat. Just a 5-minute drive to the lift, with plenty of hiking trails around. It would have been perfect if the hotel restaurant opened a bit earlier.

Good location on the road to Arinal. Short walk to restaurants and supermarket. Close to bus stop for access to Andorra. Great bus network for getting around. Ate dinner in Emo restaurant once, very good food, very quiet though. Big clean and very comfortable rooms with A/C - main reason we chose the hotel.

Breakfast seemed expensive although we didn't have it due to this, I'm sure it would be good. Room with terrace balcony too small for chairs and table

Very nice stay, modern, clean room, absolutely great location! The personnel was absolutely great, very friendly, helpful, at reception and staff at breakfast, could not ask for more! Breakfast was very nice also! It is a bike friendly hotel, so we could park our bicycles in the garage.

Only minus was that if you wanted to leave the car in the hotel car park, you have to pay for it daily charge.

BREAKFAST WAS A BUFFET WITH ADDITIONAL HOT MENU FROM THE KITCHEN. EXCELLENT. ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS. LOTS OF STORAGE SPACE. HIGH SPEC BATHROOMS. BED LARGE AND COMFORTABLE JUST LIKE HOME. STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL. POLITE, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE. A CREDIT TO THE HOTEL.

NOTHING REALLY BUT THE SUPERIOR SUITE WAS A LIITLE DARK AND WOULD BENEFIT FROM MORE LIGHTING EG FLOOR READING LAMPS.
