Amazing...never expected to be so good and lovely. Great team that works in the hotel. Always giving the best for a great and super stay. Everything clean, Everything relaxing, without noise, nice breakfast, nice dinners, very good coffe..free parking. And i really loved the way that they treat my puppy/daughter. All went well. The food was good, and the staff were excellent. They were really helpful and attentive.

I was told I was staying at the Valet Verdu, and not the Xalet Besoli. I thought I would have been given an option to either stay at the Verdu, or have a refund. I had actually booked to stay at my favourite hotel, being The Xalet Besoli. The staff made-up for my disappointment, by being so nice.

Beautifull location, landscape but over all very nice and friendly staff including reception presonell and restaurant service. For first view very clean and very nice smell, maby not Channel Five but beautiful and relaxing. I don't expect for that value me and my family will so much satisfied. First time in our life we have been in Andorra, in Xalet Besoli Hotel as well, but we are sure we will back in next year! The Xalet Besoli Hotel has been choose by us like numbers in lottery and the same - like in lottery - we felt as a winners!!! Highly recommended for everyone who want to take a relax in many aspects.

I don't think anything can be better! If yes I will deep positive shocked! Maby one: we have been at Xalet Besoli with our dog and with one we had a problem - no access to gress. But it is not problem of the Hotel just location - over 1700 metres over sea level.. Anyway that problem Has been resolve ;D

Great, friendly hotel in good location. Accommodation very clean and functional, communal areas comfortable and clean with very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was a great continental selection, dinner very nicely done with 3 choices for each of 3 courses.

Friendly staff and fantastic food absolutely worth taking, inspired by local flavours. A three course dinner with a choice from a daily set menu for each of them. The village offers nice scenic hiking trails around. Good free parking included, but there is a bus connection.

Cleanliness at the highest level, very warm to the point of having to open the door at night, private parking and beautiful views. Very friendly staff and good food.

There are no grocery stores nearby, and there is no option to charge electric cars.

Staff were delightful. Food and service very good. Everywhere spotless and our room was cleaned to 5 star standard every day. Location quiet and nice to have access to swimming pool in sister hotel in the village. This hotel is great value for money and we will return.

The staff were delightful, and the overall experience was excellent, as the property offers comprehensive facilities, i.e. car parking, also a nearby bus stop. I spent a good relaxing stay at this hotel which made my long car journey from the UK worthwhile.

Getting to sleep on the first night was difficult, as there were noisy children in the next room which went on until 23:30hrs. That I guess wasn't the fault of the hotel.

Hotel was lovely and clean, great price and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly especially Daniella who was really helpful and recommended lots of places to visit.....some lovely walks nearby. Parking was safe in a special car park next to the hotel, 2 min walk to the bus stop......which takes you into the capital andorra la vella within 20mins for €1.80.....would definitely stay again.
