# looong check-in process (did the online check-in beforehand, which meant uploading a picture of ID, additionally filled in guest data in a digital form; was reminded one day after that to fill in online check-in *again*! at the hotel: the lady at reception copied our IDs and did the whole process herself. again. => online check-in seems to be useless!) # a lot of organisation at reception seems to be done entirely on paper (this is 2024, btw...), which takes a long time # the rooftop bar 'piso13' being only opened on a few evenings a week => no sunsets for us 🌆 # the internet connection in the room was very slow and partly non-existant (slightly better on ground floor) # thin walls as you could quite clearly hear people from the room next door

Great location. The park across the street is lovely with lots of shade and peaceful spots to relax. Several points of interest within walking distance. The included breakfast is good enough.

The hotel is in need of updates. Many fixtures were broken, air conditioning system was noisy and there was mold in places. They don't have any clothing irons for guest use.

The location is great. Everything at the hotel works well. Pleasant and relaxing.

The breakfast was a bit difficult for someone who is gluten allergic. The ham and cheese were quite low quality.

Clean comfortable bed and large room. Staff is very helpful. Good breakfast. Argentina Hotels generally has lots of pastry.

Reception was not helpful asking taxi transfer from the airport. Bathroom needs renovation. Poor quality and quantity in breakfast. We had to change room after we arrive because cold water was not running in bath. No lobby.

There is a lot of good to say about this hotel!

The breakfast was much better on some days than others. On the not so good days, it was not up to standards. Moreover, the breakfast is not taking gluten allergy into account. It mainly consists of bread products.

Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff were very responsive. Bell person carried our bags and also to our taxi next day

Carpets are very old and showed stains.
