The garden of the restaurant is exceptional! It is a great pleasure to serve coffee at breakfast in this courtyard.

I am very sorry to say it, but it has already been more than 3 weeks since I was accommodated in the Emperador Hotel in Buenos Aires and even to this day the guarantee I paid has not been returned to my card . Not to mention the fact that I contacted the hotel twice and each time I was told that the payment would be made immediately. Honestly, hateful from a 5-star hotel, very hateful to have such attachment to customers!! Thank you in advance and I wish you continued success! Alexi

Antonella helped with problems and confirmation details for our flight that were all in Spanish. We would have had to do this at the airport and with her help, problem solved, and our time saved. She was effective and got it done. Keep her on your staff.

I think that at least one bottle of water should have been supplied in the room of a 5Star hotel instead of charging 2000 Argentian Pesco for a bottle. Also there was only coffee in the room when I asked for a tea bag and some milk I was told to order it on room service. This should also be supplied in a 5 star hotel.

Excellent, well located and very modern with a lot of facilities. The hotel buffet breakfast was excellent. Nice relaxing enclosed garden for quiet drinks and relaxing. The food in the bar as well as the service was excellent. Beautiful indoor pool area and well equipped gym.

Ask for a room on the side or the back as the rooms at the front are quite noisy from early in the morning with a 6 lane road passing in front of the hotel.

Lovely dining room. Selection of food at breakfast was excellent but hot food wasn’t hot. Also there should be a cheaper option for bread, pastries and coffee as not everyone wants a cooked breakfast. Selection of food in bar was poor but service was excellent. All staff excellent

Very expensive for such a hotel. Location 35mins walk from city centre. Only stayed here because the cruise I was joining used this hotel. A/C did not work well, would have been a problem if the weather had been hotter.

This was an expensive stay but the hotel service makes up for it. Amazing breakfast spread. Lush green backyard with sitting arrangement. The room is spacious with large windows and unobstructed view of the city. Staffs are very warm and helpful. Service is very fast.

I think they need a guest information booklet in the room as opposed to only a QR code. Information on facilities and restaurants including menus in the room would also be helpful.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly and professional. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great night sleeps. The shower by far the best feature.

For the price of the hotel, they shouldn't charge for the coffee and mineral water. They are basics that even hostels include. They should change the coffee maker for a electric kettle, makes it less messy.

It has no robes de chambre, pantoufles, body lotion. Natural yogurt has to be asked to the waitress at the breakfast place.
