Hotel is located close to many points of interest: Cafe Tortorni, Colon Theater, Presidential palace to name a few Good restaurants in the area Hotel is very comfortable, clean Good breakfast selection Wonderful staff, we had a chance to be helped by Jara, Ivan, Ignacio they very helpful, accommodating, always looking to help

It would be nice if there was water/coffee available in the lobby I needed to ask every day for coffee bags Housekeeping wasn’t replenished

Clean, comfortable, plenty of space, breakfast included, excellent staff went above and beyond Staff here were the best we have encountered. From having our room ready by 10am and providing complementary breakfast after an overnight flight, to organising tours and doing everything to assist us when our flights out were cancelled, staff were nothing but courteous and helpful. The hotel was immaculate.

Good city location despite uninviting street. Staff was Great! Ability to exchange US Dollars on a Sunday when western union was closed was very convenient. Staff: Macarena, was able to recommend & book a last minute Tango Show at El Almacen. The show was outstanding !!

The hotel was very very nice and the staff were very helpful. It is a very well decorated newly built hotel. Our room was very nice, we had the larger 1 bedroom which included a small kitchenette, dining area and a separate bedroom area. Breakfast was fine...... not the greatest we have had, but fine. The breakfast room and patio were very nice.

The location was fine for us, and very convenient to areas we wanted to go. We are walkers, so walked to most spots, and we have been to BA several times. There is a subway stop nearby as well as a supermarket. During the day the location is good, but at night it tends to be a dark area with little foot traffic. This did not bother us, but may be of concern to some.

The location is good in Centro - near lots of sights, restaurants and public transit. The bed was comfy, good bathroom and shower, and nice sized rooms. Good wifi. In spite of what some people wrote, we thought breakfast was good. Nice choices- weekday manager better at making sure everything was stocked. It’s a European breakfast with scrambled eggs, not American but that’s what breakfast is here. Staff are professional and helpful.

Noisy - seemed like the windows were open but not! Loud trucks, street noise which ended late and started early. Aircon was not great…. Too hot at night.

1. Excellent location. Walking distance from Plaza de Mayo, Cafe Tortoni, calle Florida 2. The building seems to be old but the rooms, interior and facilities are brand new, modern and clean ! 3. There is a big supermarket just round the corner

Could be better ... 1. The internet IN MY ROOM was slow and sluggish. Not suited for work (I was on vacation, tough) 2. The breakfast could be improved. After couple of days you get tired of it. Not much variation 3. There are no international channels (like CNN, BBC or NHK), just spanish speaking channels

Nice breakfast Great location, walking distance to highlighted spots. It is really convenient that they have 24hrs reception.

Esplendor Tango looks fairly new and very well-maintained. The room we had was very spacious, clean, the bed was very comfortable and so are the pillows. Spacious countertop below the tv was very useful. The location is Excellent. It is a good base to explore Buenos Aires. Short walk from the subway. It was also a short taxi ride from the port and AEP airport. Having said that, some buildings on the street were rundown, it’s not the prettiest street but it is close to the major steets, Av de Mayo and Av de 9 Julio. The lobby was beautiful and I liked that there is some space where I could open and repack luggage (after shopping), after we had checked out. The staff were lovely. Juan was very helpful and patient with everything we needed. Continental breakfast was good and the dining room and patio was beautiful as well.

Shower screen was too small (only half the shower) that the water splashes on the floor but there is a floor towel anyway.

Very helpful and friendly staff. A great location to explore the city centre. A nice breakfast. Very comfortable and clean room. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing hotel! From the concierge who booked a Tango show for the same day that we arrived at the Hotel to the Rooms, breakfast and location. The value appearing in booking is not really what you are going to pay if you use your VISA or Mastercard and pay at the property, it will be almost half of what is showing here due a legal incentive from Argentine government.

Nothing to complaint. Amazing hotel.
