We were only in Buenos Aires for a few days and this was the perfect little hotel. Great location and good security with a doorman to always let you in. Hotel staff were super friendly and helped answer all my questions during my stay. We had the family room and while rooms are not very big, the main lobby is open all day with water and coffee available, so that was where we would hang out when back at the hotel. Staff offered to have a breakfast to go ready for us on final day since we were leaving for airport well before service started. Like the simplicity of this modern hotel.

The bathroom was a bit smelly. Breakfast was too late - had to leave at 6.30am (not unusual considering I was working) and the breakfast was not available. That information was not easily accessible on the website, so I paid for a breakfast that I didn't have. A bit outrageous having to pay $20 to get earlier in a room that is ready.

Security at the front door 24/7. Clean. Decent sized rooms for 3. Clean bedding and comfy beds. Powerful shower & clean bathrooms. Great location near Florida street.

The reception is a bit slow to check you in (but not the end of the world) & you have to pay half of one nights stay to check in early.

Room 153 & 157 were ok, but room 152 is horrible. The sound of some ventilations is crazy, and you can't sleep. We asked to change the room, but they didn't want to.

The location is perfect, the staff was really kind, the breakfast was delicious, the decoration of the hotel is amazing. Overall was a good experience for me and my family.

The room is a little small (but not uncomfortable). The shower's door didn't close well, so the floor outside was really wet after using it.

Facilites and location. Excellent customer service and front desk assistance. Very Good value-money relation.

The bedroom walls were very dirty with black greasy stamped hands and shoes. I asked for them to be cleaned but it did not happen, so I personally cleaned them. The walls are washable, and if super dirty they should be cleaned. You should charge extra cleaning to people who mess up with the walls.

Excellent location. Good price.

1) When searching in booking.com, I filtered "with parking" and this one showed up in the results. There is no parking, but there are several independent parking buildings near by for 7USD/day. 2) AC split units did not cool at all the first night, so I took off the filters and washed them in the shower. Problem solved.

The cafe was a great location to rest and view the street activity. Breakfast was decent. Really liked the free water and coffee available all through the day. Room was pretty spacious. Excellent location for tourists. I liked how the street level had secure access and a doorman as well.

Check-in process was a bit long, due to the steps the front desk person had to do (not her fault).

The bed is comfortable and the staffs are very friendly. You can place your suitcases/bag before the check in!

There is no bath soap. The shampoo and conditioner are in a pump on the wall, but ours were broken and we couldn't use them.
