The air conditioning worked well and the beds and pillows were comfortable! And the 24/7 desk was great since we got in late.

We had one weird thing where the cleaners didn’t clean the room because they said that we had cash on the nightstand, but we didn’t. We were okay with them not cleaning, but they left the door ajar! Luckily nothing was stolen, but we were so confused when we returned.

Good location in a safe neighborhood, close to the subway and area with cafes and restaurants. Tasty breakfast with different pastries, fruit, cold cuts and also freshly prepared eggs on request. We were given adapters to use during our stay. Good value for money.

We were told that the jacuzzi/spa facilities were not open, but we did not mind anyway.

The staff were very nice and friendly and always looking to assist when they can. Bed was very comfortable and the street was very quiet.

Not much light from the windows and the bathroom was very small. Probably could have had a better room. Coffee could be better, breakfast was enough but could have more variety and quality. Sauna could be hotter

Spent a night between flights so did not really get to experience the hotel or area. Had a family / triple room which was huge. Two bedrooms (one twin and one double) with a seating area and bathroom. Also a microwave and kettle. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.

There were some marks on the duvet so not sure if the cover had been washed. The curtains did not have lining or blockout so the room was not dark at night.

Excellent location in Palermo, with everything you need nearby, just one block away from Santa Fe street. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast had a nice selection including pastries, fresh fruit and eggs. Beds were comfy and it wasn't too noisy.

The hot tub wasn't very hot but the sauna was lovely, and it's nice to be able to book it so it's private.

Excellent location close to the shopping areas and posh Palermo Viajo neighborhood. Great hospitality with excellent English.

A bit old and small building. A single room was a bit small with my big suitcase.

breakfasts were amazing. windows opened onto a treed street with lots of fresh air. reception desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

no stopper plug for bathtub or sink. room could have been a bit bigger.

The hotel staff was amazing. Very friendly, forthcoming and helpful. Everyone spoke good English. The facilities are decent and location is amazing in Palermo.

Comfortable bed with choice of pillows and good breakfast. Spa facilities were provided without charge and the staff could not have been more helpful and charming.

The room didn't have a chair, and facilities for hanging clothes were limited, but this did not detract much. The hotel offers very good value for money.

The bedroom was very nice, clean, comfortable. Bathroom great, the size, very comfortable bed, nice refrigerator, closet, water for drinking, tea bags, etc.

Breakfast could be better with ketogenic and gluten free choices, like eggs, ham and good cheeses, as olives too.
