Food was excellent. Some staff seemed a little snobby, (receptionists not counted, theyve clearly had worse & if a client can pay...etc ), I tipped the waiter who was bothered to serve me, I would've guessed the rest deliberately ignored me because of the way I was dressed, which was solely because my flight got cancelled & I booked a luxury hotel last minute. Shame on people who judge others on appearance. I didn't have chance to review all facilities as my rearranged flight had me leave after 3¼ hrs sleep. I could imagine they were all top quality as was the hotel from what I saw.

The room was comfortable and big enough for our family. We had a beautiful view from our room and the location was central.

We wanted an extra bed for our son to sleep on but they would charge you $50/night for it. We opted out which made our stay a little uncomfortable. We stayed in a club level room and had drink vouchers included which we wanted to use for water, but they would not allow it. Also, the breakfast was just OK. Some of the pastries were bit stale, butok if you are looking for a quick option.

The rooftop panoramic sauna was the best i have ever seen. Also the pool was very clean and not crowded! The staff is great and friendly!

Even though this is a 5 star hotel, it is similar to a 3 star ( European standard). The room had a weird smell, and the bathroom tap kept leeking, but overall, if you do not have that high expectations, it's quite a good value for the money!

The staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods and beverages. The bed was reasonably comfortable (though I tend to find hotel beds too firm for my liking and this was no exception).

The air conditioning in our room was barely functional, and certainly not able to keep it at a comfortable temperature. The pool and gym were undergoing renovations when we were there, but we knew that in advance and it was not a problem for us. Good to double check if that’s important to you though.

We like this hotel for its location, price (relative to others in the category), and comfort. I have always found the staff to be very helpful. They offer a excellent breakfast but this time the breakfast room was unusually noisy and crowded ... difficult to find a pleasant spot for one or two people alone.

Because it was the campaign HQ for the new president, there was a lot of hub-bub around the place. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen another spot. This made things more inconvenient than other times.

Perfect location, especially if you plan - as we did - to walk around the city centre. The staff is very helpful. Room, bar and lobby facilities are clean and offer a pleasant environment flooded with natural light. Recommended!

Breakfast assortment may be improved. It would be lovely to find some wellness facilities. Sound insulation between rooms may be improved.

We booked the junior suite with an extra-large bed for us and our eight years old son. We all enjoyed the space and organization of the room, with great views to the Río de la Plata. Its location is superb, one block away from Galerías Pacífico and the Florida walk. We will come back again for sure.

The gym and pool were being repaired so we couldn't enjoy all the services. The restaurant for breakfast was too small for the number of guests, it was difficult to get a table.

I have stayed in this hotel before, since 2013 (if I am not mistaken). My room is always clean and quite, bed is very comfortable, pillows are great. Breakfast is a buffet that has a lot of options, love the potatoes, dulce de leche and the bread with membrillo sauce. The staff at the restaurant are also very nice. Check-out was speedy.

By mistake, I did not select the option to include the breakfast in my hotel rate, but the hotel staff can be a little softer with the rules and provide the free breakfast for loyal customers.

The hotel is great – the location, employees, everything. The room is big and cozy, as is the bathroom. Breakfast is also provided, with plenty of food, including pastries, fruits, and more.

There was a problem with my bed. It was comfortable, but one side has a sag, so I had to sleep in the center or closer to the opposite edge.

Electrical kettle in the room was missing. And probably a bottle of a water in the room also would be a good welcome. But these are very very minor things.
