Big comfortable bed and good size room! Decent variety of breakfast (if included). Excellent location and easily accessible to the city/monuments!!!

The walls are paperthin so prepare for no sleep! The bathroom also has mould growing which is a health risk!!!

I booked this hotel for one quick night on my way back home from Ushuaia; my main criteria was close to San Telmo market so I could have nice dinner in the evening and I got what I wanted. M Concept is located in the center, less than 15mins walk to San Telmo market and in the area full of other restaurants and coffee shops. The room was quite spacious and cosy. Unfortunately there was no kettle but I got some hot water from reception. My breakfast wasn't included into room but I purchased one in the morning as didn't have time to go out and it was the best decision - they serve the best medialunas I ever tasted in Argentina!

Fantastic location and great budget friendly hotel for an overnight. Fernanda was wonderfully helpful providing early checkin, and baggage storage. Room (#604) was very spacious and clean, and while the bathroom did feel a bit aged, everything worked just fine. AC was great, there was ample hot water, satisfactory wifi, and all in all it was just perfect. You certainly can’t find a better spot in the heart of San Telmo at this remarkable price!

Admittedly, we were reluctant with several negative reviews, which we now know were totally unfair and not representative of the service received nor the quality of the hotel. Anything less than an 8 can simply be assumed to be a novice traveler without any real world experience and/or margin for comparison after booking a budget hotel and expecting a 5-star resort. A real shame that the hotel has to suffer as a result of incompetent travelers. There was nothing we didn’t like, except for other people’s poorly formed opinions and reviews.

The mini fridge in the room was a great convenience for storing drinks and snacks

Very good location, all the major tourist attractions in the Centro area are within walking distance, and there are some exceptionally good restaurants nearby too. The room is spacious and reception staff are friendly and helpful.

The hardware, though functional, is quite old. Few amenities are available. It might not be a good option for those whose travel style includes spending lots of time chilling at the hotel room.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us with any questions we had during our stay, including good restaurant recommendations. The hotel is in the heart of San Telmo, very close to the metro and several tourist stations, especially La Casa Rosada, the Mafalda Statue and the San Telmo Market.

Good location, reasonable price. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. He recommended an excellent steak restaurant just 4 blocks away and stored our luggage until our room was ready. He also translated some phrases to Spanish for me when I had a sore throat, so that I knew what to ask for at the nearby pharmacy. A very nice breakfast was included.

The walls in the rooms were a bit thin, and noise came through.

Safe & fridge in room. We had a lovely balcony. Breakfast is simple but very good. Staff are pleasant and helpful! Central location and easy/safe walking to restaurants & bars, minimart, canals/river, shopping mall, Hop on hop off bus etc. Room aircon works well. Wifi is strong.

Bathroom is tiny, water pressure in shower is not great. No room for bags in room. The mattress is old, soft and saggy.

We booked the hotel last minute and were really thrilled! The location is superb, within a few minutes walk of the main square, the fabulous San Telmo weekend market and the waterfront The room was spotless with a very comfy bed and the bonus of a balcony The staff are super friendly too Would definitely recommend you stay here if you need a superb hotel which is value for money

Lovely staff, lovely clean and spacious room for the price, great location right in the centre of Buenos Aires. Overall great value, would stay again if I was every back in Argentina

Just one thing. I asked for an iron because my shirts were creased, and the receptionist said “no you can’t have one because we don’t trust customers with irons” which I thought was a bit extreme
