The rooms are very confortable, not so the pillows (for me, my partner was ok with them) but cleanliness and confort are top quality, also the people attending are so entusiast in helping and very welcoming, location also is perfect almost 1 block from the serrano plaza so lots of bars and restaurants and things to do. Breakfast is also awesome with lots of offerings for all tastes

Location of the hotel is fantastic. We loved the neighborhood that it was in. The staff was exceptional especially at the front desk. They were very helpful anytime we needed them.

One of the reasons we booked the hotel Nuss was because it had a fitness room that we thought we might use for stretching and a quick workout during our travels. Unfortunately, the room was very tiny and not very functional.

Very good breakfast available from 7:30-10:30. A number of cooked to order options, good fruit, toast, cereals and yogurt. Plenty of coffee, hot milk and tea. Lovely area on floor 3 to sit outside near the plunge pool. Easy to control temperature in the room.

Wish there had been boxes of tissues (Kleenex) in the rooms.

Very supportive reception; large and well-equipped room with comfortable beds. Very central in Palermo Soho, with plenty of options for dinner and late-night activities. I absolutely enjoyed the stay and would come back.

It seems that all rooms are directed to the streets, that are keeping very lively and noisy all through the nights especially on weekends. The windows are very tight, so if you are looking for the very special culture of Palermo Soho, it is perfect, when you are sensitive to noise and looking for some perfectly calm nights during the weekend, you may get disturbed.

Love the location in the heart of the Palermo district of Buenos Aires. Hotel staff spoke excellent English which was a bonus for me as my Spanish is limited. It was great to be able to exchange money at the hotel which allowed exchanges closer to the "blue dollar".

Breakfast was pedestrian for a hotel of this quality -- though made to order eggs was a bonus. Lots of back and forth in messages about whether we might be able to get into a room early. In the end they weren't able to do it which was a bummer.

Great location with lots of good bars and restaurants around, very comfortable beds, good breakfast. We came for our honeymoon and they gifted us with a little treat which was really nice!

Not enough lighting in the bathroom, cute rooftop but pool isn’t for swimming

Nuss is a Boutique hotel very well located in Palermo neighborhood in Buenos Aires. It is a clean hotel, with good breakfast and service from its staff.

We stayed in a room for two people where the bed had a "hole" in one of the sides being harsh on our back...probably need to turn the mattress to avoid this situation.

Excellent location, friendly staff: Yvette was brilliant organizing and communicating about our requests, Agustina and Salvador were also very helpful. We would gladly come back.

Excellent location, many shops & restaurants just outside the door. Incredibly friendly & helpful staff. Nice rooftop sitting area with shade. Very good breakfast.

Bathrooms very small & not the best water pressure.
