The location

The staff not consistent with the rules. In my 1st stay from 4to 6 Feb, I paid by debit card. But when I check in again on 8 Feb, the young guy staff told me only credit card allowed to pay the bill and he insisted I have to pay by credit card. Why??????? I have been using my debit card in Argentina and it has never been refused. Luckily, the senior staff came out to guide him that debit card can pay the bill. Please educate your staff . His name tag shown Aux, bellboy.

Good location within the city, lots of places a short walk away. The food in the restaurant is top notch, wide range of breakfast items hot or cold. The room was nice, cleaned every day, and fully functional. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

The location of the hotel in the city is good, but there is ongoing construction outside, which of course is beyond their control; just means if you get an Uber you have to walk to the bottom of the street which is literally 30 seconds. There was nothing about the hotel itself that I didn't like

the hotel is comfortable and convenient . It’s located near Puerto Madero, offering excellent amenities. The pool area is perfect for relaxation, and the breakfast area is simple but we loved it , with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals, making dining a pleasure. We found the restaurant/breakfast staff super nice , they all go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant meal. Highly recommended for both business and leisure if you need a central hotel with a reasonable price .

It would be good to receive more information about Buenos Aires activities near by at the check in .

We found the hotel to be clean and the staff to be courteous. Even though the street in front of the hotel was closed to traffic our driver had no difficuty in finding the entrance. The room was quiet and we did not hear any noise from the contruction in the street. Breakfast was was good with a variety of choices. We had dinner in the dining room and the food was of top quality. All over goode experience at this hotel.

Great location, very good service. We had a power outage in our room one day, the staff immediately showed us another room, gave me a letter of apology and called for a complimentary dinner with a bottle of wine. Great, we would be willing to change rooms again!

The pool was already closed for the winter season, even though the temperature outside was over 20 degrees, which for us - northern Europeans - is still a real summer.

Anthony, Leader of the Concierge team was personable, professional, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to assist guests, answer questions and show you how to access the facilities. All the staff were helpful and made you feel welcome. Thank you.

My booking was incorrect in the system and was only initially booked for one night, not three as was the original booking. This was corrected immediately and professionally.

Great Hotel, food was really good, location is good and staff is extremely cool. I will return for sure.

Food very good. Very pleasant service. Spacious room. Helpful front desk.

Bathroom a little out dated. Shower window let water through onto floor. Beds moved about too easily on floor. Wouldn't call the beds 5 star beds for hotel.

Excellent large comfortable rooms. Very clean and convenient also with a work desk and an easy chair to relax in. Also incredibly wonderful restaurant in the hotel with staff who cannot do it enough for you!

I had been intending to use the swimming pool however, it was closed down for the season.

Comfy room with full sized tub for bath bombing. Pool just closed for the season, so bummer. Restaurant in hotel was fantastic. Bellman was great and got us all set to join the ship.

Weather was still fine for the pool to be open, but fine print did mention when it was open.
