Communication was excellent throughout and the lobby guards, especially the lady who checked us in, were very helpful and friendly. Entry on both the exterior door and the room is by codes which were sent to us promptly.We werre able to leave our bags until our checkin as we were early. Location is only a few blocks from the Cathedral and Plaza San Martin, so very convenient. Room was very specious and had a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle and enough plates and cutlery for 3. Details are posted on the back of the door! Beds were very comfortable, but were very narrow so if you like to sprawl, you will feel a tad confined. The a/c was quiet but seemed to be colder on the bed closest to the window. Maybe we set it wrongly? The windows can be opened but ours was over the street so we simply opened them to check the outside temperature.

Since our room overlooked the street there is some traffic noise but it wasn't bad.

The apartment is modern and has all necessary amenities for a few days' stay. Location is good, a walking distance to different points of interest as well as the bus terminal. There is a rooftop terrace, big working space and a basic gym.

The pool looks good only in the pictures, it hasn't been cleaned in a long time and it's unusable. There is no reception and the only contact is possible via whatsapp.

We booked this for one night as a last minute option. The booking, check-in and getting the key process was super easy. The apartment was clean, had good amenities, a very comfortable bed and was generally in a quiet, but central location. It was excellent value for money since we got a last minute deal. Would recommend staying here for a short period.

Kitchen under-equipped--no toaster nor coffee maker even though this is an apartment! We bought an inexpensive coffee maker (plunger style) and left it there for future guests. Informed the owner of these basic omissions but he never bothered to get back to me. Terrible wifi (<1,5 Mps). So slow that often my 2022 computer would give up looking for an address saying it was unavailable. Advertised rooftop swimming pool is a joke. The water was full of green slime and thus unsafe to swim in. Went up twice and there was no-one there enjoying the facilities... After 3 weeks of travel we were actually looking forward to relaxing at the pool... I view its inclusion in the facilities as "false advertising" as is the wifi inclusion. To be fair, 4/8 places we staid in had terrible wifi. Bidet design poor--water sprouting from the base--and therefore putting women at risk of infection.
