I booked this hotel last minute after a mishap in my AirBnB. The staff were so friendly, let me into the room early, and upgraded me. Throughout my stay I felt nothing but kindness. The breakfast was extensive and delightful, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was such a delight and they let me hang out there all day after my checkout. I didn't utilize the gym, but checked on the facilities. It is basic, but it has benches and mats and free weights, which must have been added since recent reviews. I honestly had such a delightful stay here, it made my time in Mendoza so lovely.

Nothing! I truly had a perfect stay.

My room was amazing. There was a separate sitting room that was comfortable and pleasing to look at. ALL of the staff spoke English and were pleasant and accommodating when asked to speak English.

AC wasn’t working. Bathroom wall fixtures were loose. Floor boards coming up. I don’t have streaming subscriptions. I couldn’t get the channels to work; therefore, I couldn’t use the TV. The loud music from 6 pm to midnight from 2 separate parks made getting to sleep difficult

The breakfast was delicious. A big variety of everything. The location was excellent. Close to a beautiful park and great restaurants and bars. The Hotel is so luxurious and the staff were very friendly and so helpful.

The pool was beautiful but the water was very very cold. You could not stay in the water for too long. Everything else was just amazing. I would definitely recommend it and would return to this hotel on my next trip.

Looks fancier from the outside than it is inside. Very big room, although quite bland and austere with minimal furniture. Bed was comfortable though and there was a kettle and mini fridge in the room. Good location. Small rooftop pool. Good fresh fruits at breakfast. Reasonable value for money.

Gym was very basic with old equipment. Shower over bath that wasn't that great.

My room was fabulous! The staff were professional, courteous and went out of their way to be helpful!!! The entry, lobby, sitting areas and restaurant were clean and tastefully decorated.

I couldn't use the smart TV as I don’t have subscriptions. The toiletries were lacking. The breakfast was middle of the road.

Perfect location in the center of Mendoza close to Aristides and all the other good restaurants and bars. Kind of classic fancy aesthetic and very well kept. Staff and breakfast were both great.

No shade or umbrellas at the rooftop pool, but amazing views.

I liked the very spacious room / suite on high floor I was upgraded to. Even though hotel is older, everything is well maintained, beds comfy, A/C individually adjustable and working well. Staff friendly, helped with planning the tours.

Breakfast could do it with an upgrade, also gym is below standard.

The room, or rather suite which we weren't expecting, was huge and very nicely kitted out with a lot of charm. In addition to the bedroom there was a lovely lathe drawing room with comfortable sofa, writing desk etc.. In fact we chose to spend most of our time in that room and the only constructive criticism I'd like to give is that this is where the television should be rather than in the bedroom which by comparison felt a little bit claustrophobic. Just personal preference.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Nice breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. It's a good location for walking around Mendoza but the city itself doesn't have much to offer. Small roof terrace with pool was very welcome and had a phone facility to order drinks and snack. Good value for what we paid
