We have been travelling in Argentina for 5 weeks. This hotel was the last before heading to Ecuador. We decided to splurge a bit on a 5 star hotel. It was very reasonably priced. We arrived at 2.30 am after a late flight from Puerto madryn. The night staff welcomed us warmly and, realised we didn't speak Spanish, quickly changed to english. The room was super comfy, breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of options. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our stay. The location was very central to many restaurants and shops and amazing sunsets from outside hotel. Highly recommended

This is my second stay at the Panoramic and I believe it remains the ideal spot to return to after gruelling days at the waterfalls. The staff are super welcoming, kind and helpful, the pool area is lovely with great views over the river facing Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina and there are great cocktails to boot. Whilst peaceful and quiet, it is a 5 minute walk into town enabling guests to enjoy the best of both worlds. The breakfast is also one of the better breakfasts to be had in Argentina.

The pool could be kept at a cooler temperature to be refreshing, given the extreme warm temperatures outside. Dinner at the restaurant could have been better - the quality of the meat in the burger was disappointing. Better to eat in town.

I had a special connection with this hotel. I can "see" the splendor once it might have had, and somehow, it still has. I was very surprised that the architect that design it, is the same one that built the Llao Llao Hotel and the Civic Center in Bariloche. I liked the beautiful park around it, the view, the galleries, the pool and the quietness. There were not too many people, so it was a bonus It's just a suggestion

There's nothing I didn't like. I would display part of the history of it. It really is a wonderful place to stay. Many hotels is the USA show the history of them, and the movies that were filmed in them. It attracts more tourists, like the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, where they filmed the Shining, with Jack Nicholson. And many others. Not even the employees knew that Alejandro Bustillo was the same architect that build the Civic Center and the LLao Llao Hotel. It's just a suggestion

The hotel was lovely, in a location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool was large and inviting, the bar tenders attentive and the breakfast had fresh fruit, real eggs and options for a cooked breakfast at a small extra cost. The concierge was very helpful and the driving service was amazing. I used them for transport to and from the airport as well as to both sides of the falls ($24 USD for Argentina side and $30 USD for Brazil side). The bonus was being walked through the border checkpoints due the familiarity of the drivers with the agents.

Being very close to the border of Brazil, Paraguay, from my river view room with balcony, I could see a little corner of three countries. There are very few places in the world like that! Quiet location and a good size pool. 500m from local shops and restaurants.

The quality and presentation of food in the main restaurant was inconsistent. It varied from average to very good. The service was consistently good.

The views , gardens, setting and pool is very lovely

We had a river view balcony room which had beautiful views but the rooms are very tired . The carpets certainly need replacing and bathrooms too. This hotel could be a very special hotel if the rooms were renovated, shame really

We enjoyed our stay here, the staff was welcoming and nice. Swimming pool area is comfortable and has a bar there. Our room had everything it needed and was cleaned every day. The views from the hotel are incredible, especially in the evening!

The food was bad :( Breakfasts are okay but I would not recommend their restaurant, everything is very plain and lacks the variety of dishes

View of the rivers where Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina meet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A dinner we had in the Dona Flor restaurant was superb, with excellent, attentive service.

The facility (such as some exterior walls, bathrooms, carpets, drapes) is showing its age not just because some of the styles are dated but also because they are tired and ready to be replaced; likewise, much of the furniture needs to be reupholstered, with fresh fabrics and adequate padding. Some of this might be due to the lack of guests in 2020-2021 because of the pandemic; now that they are very much back in business (the hotel was full the whole time we were there), I hope they feel confident that they can afford to spruce the place up. Be warned of one problem that seems beyond their control--local people like to party until the wee hours in a park right below the hotel grounds, and their loud music is very audible in the rooms.

The hotel is in a great location and has everything that you require. The pool is a lovely area with views over the river and the bar staff are very attentive. Breakfast is an excellent buffet selection although I only had scrambled eggs and coffee.

The reception desk staff and waiters were really good, polite, helpful and professional. The room is ok, AC working just fine. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices. The hotel pool and pool bar are amazing and relaxing.

The room was a little bit old-dated (not in a good way). The shower tap in my bathroom fell apart at some point. As a lot of town kids like to gather in front of the hotel due to the amazing view, some nights there was a lot of noise, waking me up from my sleep.
