This place is a gem and the value for money is phenomenal. We had a 5 star experience for roughly $100/night. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms modern and I loved the breakfast. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We had room service while there and it was very good quality. Location is very central and there are cafes and bars in walking distance.

A word of caution - while we were there (February 2023), there were major roadworks happening immediately outside the hotel. If you are arriving by car, keep that in mind!

Very friendly front office staff, secure parking for our car, good restaurant and bar, and comfortable and clean rooms.

Disappointed about the service in the breakfast room. Had to wait for hot water at least for an additional 20 min until the lady in charge had cleaned all the tables, truly unprofessional behaviour. The breakfast options were good though, but service substandard.

Beautiful, clean hotel that is centrally located. The breakfast was excellent and as a picky eater, I will say that the eggs were cooked well, the fruit salad was plentiful and there was the usual assortment of breads, cheeses and other cold cuts.

I am traveling with another person strictly as another traveler. As such, I asked for 2 twin beds. They were not able to accommodate me but the bed itself was comfortable.

Breakfast was out of this world - wonderful. We arrived on a late flight from Bs As and were tired and the staff checked us in at 2 am promptly and the rooms were fabulously welcome. Beautiful, beautiful hotel

I liked everything. Had some clothes washed and that was great too.

Good central location, the staff were friendly and spoke English, very comfortable and spacious room and great breakfast.

The facilities (jacuzzi and sauna) were not working when I went which was disappointing. The bathroom felt like it needed updating. I’m not a fussy traveller at all but was expecting more for the price I paid

The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. I arrive on a Sunday after seven days driving from Buenos Aires and I needed to have laundry done. Even though the laundry was closed they found someone to do my laundry for me. Breakfast was great. A wonderful hotel.

We stopped at this property for a brief one night. We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the common areas and the rooms will suffice for a nights sleep. If you’re stopping over, you can’t go wrong with this property.

We stayed one night before crossing the southern border to Tierra del Fuego. Excellent business hotel with early breakfast, amazing restaurant and very convenient central location in town.

-the comfy massive lounge area -delicious included breakfast -super helpful staff who speak english -top floor gym and hot tubs -fast wifi -close to taxi stop, park, nice restaurants & cafes

-place/room was a bit dated -keycard stopped working sometimes
