The location of the hotel is outside the city of Jujuy, but easily accessible. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offered mountain views to awe and refresh your spirit. The beds were comfortable. There was space to sit and relax as well as sleep. The breakfast buffet offered many options, including gluten free goodies upon request.

Good location for those who cherish nature and a bit of calmness. Toucans visited the tree in front of the room - very nice neighbors. Kind staff. Beautiful view to all city

The hotel looks to be great in the very very very past. Massuse shortened my session to 30 mins instead of 45 - she just left the room and I found her using her phone in the other room and when I asked about the session she just told me it was supposed to be 40-45 mins. I left in 38, totally dressed and a disappointed

The location is out of the city making for a pleasant peaceful stay. Rooms are very comfortable with good linens and are well appointed. Breakfast buffet is varied and fresh.

Great feel , almost colonial, fantastic location. Bit past it’s best but a great experience helped by the lovely staff. Carlos on reception was super helpful

breakfast was poor and badly served, we arrived 9:30 (breakfast was until 10:30) and there was no orange juice, no napkins, no hot water to make tea, no eggs…. and they took more than 30-40’ to bring extra of those…. bad service. they left only 2 towels in the bathroom and then they said towels were missing!! I don’t know what happened there. i asked to pay at the hotel in pesos but they charged my card and did not agree to cancel and receive payment in pesos.

The garden is lovely! SPA zone is good, in much better conditions than the rooms. My husband enjoyed sauna and the pool.

A very, very old hotel. Everything is old, except for the TV. The central air conditioner is noisy and can be either turned on or off (there are no modes, speed, temperature etc ). The smell of old age in the room. The balcony doors barely move. In the shower, it takes about 3 minutes to adjust the water temperature. When booking, I indicated that I needed a crib for a baby. My request was not answered. They did not put it in the room either. When I called the reception and asked for one, they told me "no problem, we'll bring it now." 40 minutes later, I called the reception again and they told me "we only have one crib for babies and we've already put it in another room. Sorry, I forgot to call you back and tell you about it." Restaurant is not something exceptional, but serves nice food. Breakfast is probably better than in many Argentinian hotels but still poor.

Beautiful View from Property

Totally outdated, interior design needs a total remodel. Feels like I'm still in the 1970s. Beds weren't great to sleep on, pretty hard.. Food at the restaurant were mediocre at best. Lack of taste and seasoning, fatty beef, zero seasoning on most of the food, and entire lack of service. The price was exorbitant for the quality of the food and experience as a whole. The staff watched us vs. actually interacting and engaging despite being the only two people in the restaurant for most of the time we were seated. Poor experience. Could not recommend.
