This quiet hotel is on multiple levels. The views from rooms on the upper levels is lovely. The breakfast room is also on the top level. Rooms are a very good size. There is a small pool. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre of Tilcara.

Reaching the upper level rooms, where ours was, involves MANY steps. This is extremely arduous when lugging cases. I would have expected staff to be available to help at these times. In fact, we found the reception staff at this hotel the least helpful of all those we encountered on our trip in Argentina.

I absolutely loved the hotel and would love to go back. The location was fantastic, not in the middle of the city but very close. The terrazas and the style and decoration all through the hotel are excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and our own balcony. Great shower, great breakfast. All excellent. Highly recommended.

Nothing. An improvement to suggest would be to offer some nice drinks on site for the evening/ aperitif moment.

Nice views and calm borough, very close to the main streets. They have a small swimming pool which after long excursion days was a bonus.

Wifi wasn't the best. It was in and out and not so fast. We realised that you can order eggs in the breakfast the last day, by watching someone ordering it. There's no sign explaining you can request them.

An unlikely place to find such a great hotel, sympathetically built into the hillside with lovely terraced gardens. Spacious comfortable room and excellent restaurant.

It’s shame the restaurant didn’t have more diners to create some atmosphere - but we thought the food was excellent, so hats off to the chef!

Our room was spacious and nicely appointed, good water pressure in the shower, nice view of the town and mountains from our terrace. Good breakfast options too.

Since we're early birds, it would've been really nice to have a coffee maker in the room. I know better than to expect this in Latin America, though.

Staff was a bit unfreandly and nobody spoke any english. The girl at the front desk did understand english though. There was not enough fruit at breakfast, and if you come late you will be left without.

The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. It was warm even without a heater. The hot water was really hot. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. It was slightly further from the centre so it was restful and quiet. Very relaxing.

we chose staying in Tilcara due to the hotel. And it was a super choice! The hotel itself is great, comfortable, cosy and very clean. It’s quiet yet really close to the central square.

As the hotel has its own restaurant, we didn’t receive any recommendation about other places, even though there are super choices in the village. We also needed to exchange currency and although they offered the option to exchange at the hotel, the rate was way lower than the one you could find in the shops of the village, just a few blocks away, but this option was not proposed to us. As a result we had the feeling that in order to maximize profit, taking care of the guests was a little overlooked.

A truly beautiful place, with gorgeous views over the valley and the city. Very easy walk to the center of the city, The pool and the terraces are relaxing places to hang out. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

They use so much perfume when washing the laundry that I lost my sense of smell -- an odd choice given the wonderfully fresh air surrounding this city.

Charming set up, the hotel is spread between few buildings (entrance to the room directly from the outside). Room is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Stunning view from private patio. Helpful and friendly staff.
