Location is good, the staff were helpful. Room was good for 1 pax. I knew the room size was small ahead of time while booking so it was actually ok for me.

Not that I didn’t like it but do take note that it is a loft. The steps can be a bit narrow. It may be hard to manoeuvre for someone who is on the slightly heavier side. Especially coming up and down the stairs. But for me I have no problem.

The hotel is in a nice area of Gyumri's historic centre. The lobby has an impressive marble staircase and definite wow factor. The double rooms are large, with comfortable beds and high-quality linen. The breakfast was very generously catered.

Some of the rooms have fixed metal shutters that mean you have to stand on the windowsill to see out -- I would have felt very uncomfortable if I'd stayed more than one night. There was a large crack in the basin that didn't look very attractive.

Perfect location in the city of Gyumri. Quick check in and excellent communication. The room was perfect for us. Very comfortable beds in bedroom upstairs with narrow steps (this may not suit travelers with reduced mobility). We were really very satisfied! Perfect for backpackers.

I can't say anything. Great accommodation for us! As I write above, it is necessary to realize that the cheap room has steps to the sleeping floor. But that's not a negative. It is clearly visible in the photos.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly cozy and warm, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The convenience of having a restaurant on-site was fantastic, offering delicious meals just steps away. Moreover, being in the heart of the city center made exploring so convenient. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

I was in a room (109) that obviously used to have a high ceiling but has now been divided to provide a small sitting area and a shower/wc on the ground and a steep ladder leading up to the bed on the top. This room may not be suitable for anyone who is a bit frail or has some sort of disability. Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean and bed comfortable . Location brilliant for central area

Brilliant location. Flamboyant entrance lobby and staircase to the 2nd floor. Beautiful roof dome with windows. Room was OK, bathroom very nice. Parking garage available. Generally... very good value for the money.

Breakfast was very basic.... but served the purpose for 2000 AMD = you're getting what you're paying for.

The hotel is close to the city center. There is a good restaurant "Shiraz" just next to the hotel. Before moving in, I asked for a room with a balcony and private parking. The hotel arranged everything according to my requests. Also, I booked a room without breakfast, so I have no idea how the kitchen was ). The room and toilet are large, bright, and comfortable. The workers are very attentive and friendly. I am satisfied with everything, so I will come again.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are spacious, clean. The beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

The canal in the bathroom cabin a bit blocked. There is no elevator so difficult to go to the room with pushchair ( but from the reception let us leave the pushchair near the entrance so it was fine).

The location is perfect, right at the center. The room was comfortable, quite clean and even though it was not a big room, we space was quite enough for 2 people. The staff were kind and helpful. I did not experience any negativity there.
