They surprised us by giving us a room with Ararat mountain view, which was stunning! Ella jan is like an angel, she helped us on everything. Even she talked with a Taxi driver, explaining to go to sightseeing, Garni temple, Gaghart Church….From the moment you step in, you can feel management system is so organized and different. Every moment you feel the hotel staff treat you like their own family member. Management is so amazing. Any request would be done quickly. They made a lovely experience for us. Absolutely love everything over there! We highly recommend it.

The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful! We had booked a twin room. Upon arrival, they informed us that unfortunately there wasn't any twin room available,but they could offer it the next day. They added an extra bed in double room for the night. In the morning, we went to our new room and to our surprise, we got a free upgrade! 🤩 One day, we ordered a taxi and wouldn't accept the big note we had nor card payment. Seeing the scene,the receptionist offered to pay the driver and we returned the money once back. 🙏 Another day, we did't drink the free bottles of water in the room and when the cleaning lady saw us in the corridor, with genuine concern, said she was worried we don't get hydrated enough! Such a hospitality! 🥹

If I chose to visit Yerevan again, checking in at this hotel is my top option as they are GREAT and very Professional. After suffering from bad hotels in Yerevan this has been a relief to find this place, anytime we needed anything they were showing all the support we needed. all the thanks to Artur, Janna (we love you Janna!), and the other gentleman that helped with the bags, they were great, and the rest of the staff as well. the rooms are big and clean, beds are tidy and very comfortable. I do recommend!

The staff was incredible - some very nice people (for example Edward, one of the receptionists), attentive, helpful, and generous. They are mostly Russian but speak English. The hotel is clean and they don’t charge you for water that they leave in the room. The breakfast is pretty good as well, with the exception of the coffee perhaps (plus, it would be nice if they could offer it starting at 7:30, not 8am).

While it’s not very far away from some of the main sites, Yerevan is quite hilly, so it does take a while to get from the hotel to anywhere interesting - the metro is far away. I didn’t find the pillows very comfortable but otherwise the rooms were excellent.

Beautiful, modern and clean. Lovely hotel and great location. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. Room was a standard hotel room, a bit nicer than most. We got the half board service. The breakfast and the dinner were both great. The breakfast was almost like a brunch. They have many options for dinner; meat, chicken, fish, pasta, pizza, great salads. The spa facilities were really great. The sightseeing tour was also very good. we enjoyed our stay. Highly Recommended.

Great value for a 2-bedroom suite, plenty of room. Helpful staff, I left something in the room after checkout and they called me to return it. Very safe. Nice to book in a private session at the spa.

Not very central, up a hill and about 15-20 min walk to Republic Square. We ordered food from the bar and it was extremely slow service. Using the spa was great however there was no drinking water tap and the floor wasn't swept after the last couple, it was very wet and slippery, quite dangerous on a marble floor. Breakfast was quite bland.

its narrow entrance street from main street makes some taxis get lost. a small sign pointing can help. not a big issue.

i arrived to the hotel at 7 am as i missed my flight ( Yerevan was just a transit for me). I was very tired and Upset, My check in was only at 2 pm, but guys from reception sent me for breakfast, and after they let me sleep on the couch in the spa, and they check in me at 12 am!!! Also one of employee offered me to show town near by after he finiSHed his duty for today. What to say: foraghn country, where i never planned to stop, people i do not know, - they was so nice to me! Big thanks and big respect to Armenia!!!!!!
