Services at the property - are exceptional, and all minor details were addressed in minutes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There are plenty of activities for all families with children (although we were with our 20-year-old daughter)...The beaches are pristine, right a few steps away, and beautifully maintained gardens and greenery surround the hotel. Our room was spacious and had very comfy Q-beds and a balcony with a gorgeous ocean view, but of course - the best of all - was the beach itself! We did not have a problem reserving the palapas for the same morning each day before 10 a.m...

Had an excellent experience at the Hilton. We were travelling with a small infant, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The Hilton has the best stretch of beach in the area, and we were able to book Palapas in advance which was a huge pro. The pools were beautiful, the room was very clean, and they were able to accommodate all of our room requests (crib, first floor, microwave in room, etc). The restaurants on the property were great, and the location is amazing as there are many amazing restaurants within walking distance. Overall I highly recommend!

Room was very basic and lacked certain items Even though the hotel is published as beachfront, everything on the beach cost extra, including sun umbrellas. Pool area is great, but not enough covered seating

One of the only properties that provided an immersive tropical experience. It did not have atypical huge buildings with a commercial setup, instead had a very nice island vibe with dense palm trees and landscaping that blended in well. Room was clean, comfy in the Aruba tower. Staff was friendly and breakfast package was totally worth it. Location is excellent - beach is toddler friendly, shops and restaurant are across the road. Highly recommend for families or those looking to unwind on the beach.

the lunches were okay quality food wise but did not impress as out of lobster rolls everyday as well on the menu. The breakfasts would of been at the bottom....very expensive and quality okay at best....I had a black tea, 2 pieces of toast and a 2 egg white omelette that was average and walked away paying $25...we eventually left after 3 days and ate across the street where the prices were better and quality coffee and food.

Very good location, beautiful beach, staff works hard to keep the grounds clean.

No umbrellas at the pool, with the exception of a few that are provided as part of a paid-for cabana. Pool and beach lounges were uncomfortable and in poor condition. The restaurants and pool/beach service felt understaffed.

They accommodated my family and I with microwave, and bad for my toddler. The staff over all where excellent!

Unfortunately the facility is not kids friendly, toddlers have 0 option I have talk talk to other parents, and they expressed to me the same disappointment when it comes to kids play area and food for kids where none anywhere. Just that reason as a family man I am not sure if I would go back to Aruba over all.

Palapa debacle. Hilton shouldnt be charging to use palapas especially with the cost of the rooms unless you want special services. Palapa's were handled very inefficiently causing many guests much stress which we didnt need on vacation. Management didnt handle this situation well causing much confusion to the guests and unneeded stress.

Great Beach at the best location in Palm Beach

The food in the Restaurants is not the quality you expect in Hilton, while most of the personnel is very friendly there were some people at reception and beach very rude or service not well organized

I loved the location, right on the beach, next to the pier where you can go on the catamaran, or rent jet skis, etc. The hotel wasn’t your typical Hilton resort but it was nice. The Grille restaurant was excellent!

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. No tropical fruits. Not a great selection. And when you order an omelette they didn’t give you not even a potato to go with. Not impressed with their breakfast buffet either.
