Would have liked more kitchen utensils eg tongs, plastic spatula to use on non-stick frying pan, coffee plunger A few kitchen essentials like paper towel, salt & pepper would be helpful

Great location and nice secluded cabins. We got the one we requested.

The screen door was almost impossible to open when we got there. Eventually I pulled it off it's tracks, straightened it, cleaned the tracks and re-aligned it. Worked fine then, but i shouldn't have had to! Also when booking the restaurant the form asks if this is a special occasion, I replied yes, 50 year anniversary, however there was no acknowledgement or special treatment or even a free drink! A bit disappointing. But the food was very good.

The location and views were perfect for my fiancé and I,is a perfect spot for a romantic getaway..was a little expensive but well worth the stay..we loved the space in the townhouse and how it was organised,had a very homie feel, and was an absolute beautiful dwelling,with the two story arrangement, and loved the piece and quiet

Some of the cooking equipment was not clean,and to the point not even useable,so ruined our having a romantic cooking at home together experience..was reported to the hotel staff upon departure

Great location right near the beach. We stayed in the adults only bungalows looking over the pond/wetlakes & out to the beach. Lovely styled & large room which great deck. Had a good lunch at the pub. Great pool too.

Unfortunately we were awake very early both mornings as the shutters let through a lot of light even though they were closed. The bathroom is open planned & although the toilet & shower are both recessed there are no doors even to the toilet. You can hear everything including the fan/light which were very loud. Were just friends who like our bathroom privacy so the other sat outside. Seems silly that there are shuttera in front of the bathtub that could have been extended out to provide complete bathroom privacy of sorts.

Fantastic getaway, close proximity to caves beach, generally clean, comfortable stay, while advertised as garden view we could still see the ocean.

we stayed at villa 4. A few small things could have been improved - eg no vacuum (we prefer to vacuum daily), the ensuite faucets for both shower and sink were very difficult to turn open and close so not good for kids or those with arthritis, the main bathroom had broken towel racks - no where to dry dishes, half of the dishes were dirty even in the cupboard - had to wash before use, the second bedroom blinds were broken couldn’t adjust the blinds and it was a little ajar so not comfortable changing in there not ideal, not enough soap, plastic bags in kitchen considering the 3 night stay.

We stayed in a Beach Bungalow; this was fabulous, well appointed, spacious, and comfortable. The bungalow had a porch/balcony, and this had comfortable furniture. The ocean views from the Bungalow and balcony spectacular. The bungalow was situated on a boardwalk around a small lake with well-behaved ducks and waterfowl (quite comical at times). The resort's hotel with good food, albeit a bit pricey, and a tremendous view of the ocean. If not wanting to eat at the hotel restaurant, the bungalow had a small kitchenette, bar fridge and coffee maker, with a supermarket ~150m from the resort. There were also nearby cafes next-to and across the road from the supermarket. A fabulous, relaxing and very enjoyable stay.

The front desk service was a little poor, and I had to rectify a room double billing issue.

The front desk staff that night was nothing short of amazing...polite helpful friendly and made us feel welcome We changed our room from Bungalow 1 to 2 as the rain was hitting the chairs on the deck so we couldnt sit outside...front desk were very accomodating and we appreciated the change...we had no problem leaving him with a generous tip...Thankyou again front desk

We arrived @ 4.30...had a lovely afternoon until I happened to ask a very important man in a suit assuming a manager who had a massive grudge to bare...( my question at 7 pm ) ... When do they finish serving dinner... as he was standing next to me...promptly told me ...7.30 so be quick cause we are closing at 8...I said excuse me you are closing the bar at 8...Yes...I said we are staying in a bungalow and it was our understanding you close at 10 that is what we were told ...he said..not tonight and promptly walked off I was left gob smacked...Absolutely arrogant and in the wrong environment

Location & we liked our room very much.

We were in Bungalow No8, all of the Bungalows are mounted on steel girders which are rusty and the paint is flaking off. The general appearance of all of the Bungalows is “tired” the are cobwebs off all of the structures, some of the gates were flimsy and need replacing. Children were riding their seaboards in the area that was supposed to be an Adults only area. When I challenged them to move on they pretty much laughed at me and continued doing what ever they wanted to do. But what we paid for.

Location was great. Room had a nice 'vibe' to it. Very close to the beach. Not too busy, but I guess our visit was in the middle of the week and at the end of winter, so I suppose it would be much quieter than in summer and the weekends.

A bit disappointed the room wasn't serviced while we were out. I think we got back close to 11 am thinking maybe the room would've been attended to. We did have a lovely lady come while we were reading, about a couple of hours later asking if we wanted anything, e.g. more coffee, tea etc. A small thing really, but it would've been nice to come back to a made bed and the information sheet did say the room would be serviced. Staffing could've been an issue. Didn't spoil our trip.
