Check in was easy. We arrived before the advertised 2pm check in but our rooms were ready. The motel is easy to find and well located, not far from the main road through Coffs Harbour and within walking distance of a club which serves meals and within driving distance of an excellent cafe and the beach. The room itself was large enough for two people to walk around without having to get out of each other's way and the bathroom was not too small. When we asked, we were provided with plates and cutlery to eat our take away meal from. Our room was upstairs at the back of the motel so had the advantage of sun coming into the room.

The two arm chairs in the room weren't particularly comfortable if sitting for long periods while the light above the bed meant it was difficult to sit propped up in bed. Apart from these minor issues, all was fine.

The owners and their son Wyatt, were great Aussies that are hard working people. We could have a joke which they appreciated. They didn't mind us asking for extra things and responded promptly when we told them about the rubbish other travellers had left in the pool area. They gave us tips about a good local seafood shop and the happenings for new years eve. We will stay again if we're are in Coffs!

The bbq chairs at the glass BBQ table were so sagging and uncomfortable...please replace them !!!! Room was noisy near the stairs :( perhaps longer stay travellers can be placed in quieter room? (Suggestion) Also, the sliding door did not slide easily to the bathroom...new rollers and track needed. Soz, I actually knocked it off twice 😅

Staff and facilities are always amazing and great value for money here. Local food is within walking distance as is the beach.

Didn't enjoy other patrons, talking outside on their balconies of a night time, apparently not to disturb the people that they are flatting with. It wasn't until a tradie had to call out to these people to tell them to be quiet as multiple other people had requested earlier. It's a shame that inconsiderate people devalue a great place.

Room was modern and well spaced out, Staff were friendly. Great location

The mixer on the hand wash tap was loose and needed to be tightened, but that is a maintenance issue. Was going to let reception know however ran out of time and the time we left was outside the hours of reception. Parking is first in the best park. Not that it matters, but. If you move your car for whatever reason, be prepared to lose it, maybe numbering the parks could prevent this.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating and the room was great for what I needed. There was a lot of counter space so I could spread my luggage out without clogging up the floor! It was very close walking distance to the beach, pubs and local shop.

The only thing really was in the morning I wanted to shower but couldn't get the hot water to run. Due to me over sleeping I didn't have time to go to reception to figure it out, but have every confidence that they would've help out in a timely manner.

Our room was spotless. The cleaner’s attention to detail was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. I’m used to expecting hard mattresses when staying at motels, but this mattress was like luxury. Extremely quiet. No road noise and we didn’t hear any other guests either. Modernised, especially the bathroom. Hot water. Microwave. Convenience of late check-in. I will definitely be choosing this motel to stay in again next time I’m at Coffs Harbour.

I can’t fault this place on much. Only small things like no milk in the fridge and no power points beside the bed to charge phones.

although it’s an old school motel, the rooms have been redone to a more modern look, it is very clean and tidy and the staff were helpful, accommodating and friendly. we stayed on our way to Syd and again on our way back to Bris. Sarah helps make additional changes with no fussy and with easy, Rod was super helpful and provided great customer service when we checked in and our. definitely will stay again. thank you guys!!🤗

I only stayed one night

Location is very good. Room cleanliness excellent not far to town. Shops or ⛱️. On site managers were friendly and helpful. For a budget motel this place has a lot to offer.

Had to think for a bit but I think the curtain or blind could be replaced to ensure proper fit and stop light coming in at night and early morning sun. This is nit picking thou!

Great spot, nice and tidy. We were on the ground floor in the back right hand corner. The room was very clean, linen & towels were lovely, beds were comfortable - we were pleasantly surprised! Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Great value for money.

The shower water pressure had some issues - it was incredibly loud and the handles rattled on the wall once the water got flowing through. There were a few occupants smoking by the front doors & the smell flowed into our room a little.

Comfortable and good on-site parking.

In the properties rules they requested patrons are quite from 9pm and early morning. We heard both after 9 pm and before 7.30 a staff member who came from a nearby door into the office house on site area, walking in clunky high heels very loudly !!!!!! also allowing the door to slam on many occasions which woke us quite early in morning. definitely not practising their own rules. Very disappointed that we were unable to use our Services NSW voucher as well
