Great value and central location - windows double glazed for good noise insulation and rooms had a microwave and cutlery and mini fridge as well as a kettle. Very close to the big banana and beach. Staff were amazing- patient and friendly very welcoming and very clean. The pool was a decent size with a lot of chairs around and a shady area to sit while not swimming and the pool had long opening hours and was clean and maintained nicely. Uber eats delivers here and there is plenty of parking.

The big banana location is not the easiest to turn in and out of or walk up the st from due to the busy highway and no traffic lights. It is noisy but the window glazing is great and it is not noticeable in the rooms. The rooms are a bit dated like old bathrooms with broken towel rail and old cupboards in the wardrobe but this was not important to me as the sheets and towels were clean and extra pillows and blankets were in the room and the room itself was very clean. For the very reasonable price for four people I could not complain at all it was fine!

The location was ideal and it was near our new home we just moved from Sydney and needed a night stay as our new home wasnt ready for us to occupy untill saturday. The very nice phillipine lady (sorry forgot her name) was very friendly and welcoming who checked us in with a smile, thank you. The rooms was so spacious and the bathroom was spacious and clean cant complain about anything. We had a great sleep hotel was so quiet.we will be back next time even for a weekend.

I dont think you can fault a hotel whoose location blends in with the landmark of the big banana up on the hills of Coffs Harbour.

It was literally next door to the Big Banana! The perfect stop over on our way to QLD & made sure we arrived early to make the most of the Big Banana activities..: although you need more than 1 day to do it all! The pool was great and staff extremely helpful and friendly. Really loved it here & don’t have a bad thing to say. Rooms had everything we needed & were clean, comfortable and added bonus of the closest proximity to the fun park. My 3 young girls had a great stay and next time we plan to stay longer 😊

Being right on the highway, traffic can be noisy. But not unbearable.

The room was comfortable, clean, and great for our stopover from Sydney to Gold Coast. I’ve read some not so good reviews and wasn’t sure if I’ve chosen the right place, however I guess people have too high expectations for a motel. It was simple, but exactly what we needed. We arrived after hours, the staff was accommodating and left all instructions which made it easier for us, we were so glad we had a clean and comfortable place to spend the night! Whilst it’s next to the highway, we could not hear a thing! As bonus it’s just next door to the big banana!

The location is great (if you have a car) but right next to the big banana and close to the HWY so great spot when doing a one nighter and have a caravan (like us). The staff were lovely and the bathroom very clean. Lovely big pool. Great size and lovely temperature.

This hotel is great but has so much potential. Rooms definitely need updating and the carpets need redoing. Also some freshener in the rooms would be great. But to be fair, you get what you pay for and this is a great hotel if you’re planning on staying one night or two. Would definitely return.

Spotless clean and very spacious room, with comfortable mattresses and fresh soft towels. Everything provided from toiletries to info regarding the possibility to order food and breakfast, kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. TV with Netflix as well, plugs next to the bed. Great location right next to Big banana :) we were surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which was incredible and we appreciate it so much!

We needed a stopover, it had already taken us longer than we thought it would. Hangry and tired We needed a Bed. Bathroom, aircon and access to food at a good price. Found it here. No Frills BUT we got what we needed/wanted. A great shower, a qick doze, pulled on clean casuals and ate at the pricey but good resteraunt. Could have had room service between certain times. We were back by 8.30pm. They actually asked us to leave as it was closing time which we thought was understandable as only 4 of us in resteraunt and we were both ready to leave anyway. ... so fed and bed by 9pm. Woke. Packed easily. Bottom floor room means no stairs. Staff were helpful when approached?! Good value stopover. Got what we wanted and were prepared to pay! Thanks

Impersonal ish. Some staff were Friendly. The Rooms guest information guide was out of date and irrelevant. When you don't know how to turn on a smart tv you just don't! Need basic instructions please on how to work your interweb ... please

We particularly liked the customer service provided by Darren. He did what he could to help us fix a mix-up with our room as it appeared the pet-friendly option was removed from our requirements through our booking with Booking.com. He ensured we got a pet-friendly room and were able to stay and have a much-needed rest! Clean quarters, clean bed, with all the usual amenities that's all we needed and that's what we got❤️We liked the location as it's right in the middle of our way home from Brisbane to Sydney. Very convenient.

I would have liked designated parking areas. It was not a big issue, but that's what I would have preferred.

Easily accessible and was apartment with all facilities to eat a meal . Enjoyed restaurant meal which was served promptly and was tasty. Pool looked good but no time to use. Great stopover for 1 night as don’t need to leave. Staff at reception was helpful and friendly.

Property is on the highway which needed concentration to enter road due to traffic.. New Highway will solve this issue! The traffic noise wasn’t a problem

Location is amazing, we had the best dinner which was chicken parmigiana. Apartment was a great size and had everything you need.

They obviously have people living in the apartments permanently (working tourists) so they are often sitting outside apartment on verandahs as as they are sharing a room. Room is very outdated.
