Staff were absolutely fantastic, room was a great size, basic & dated but clean and tidy, which suited us as we were only using it as an overnight stop on our way further north. New owners have said theyre renovating and updating soon so I'd love to return when renovations are complete as its in a prime location next door to the Big Banana and close to Coffs Harbour, so loads of things to do and see.

Trucks screaming past all night - outside of the owners control but as part of the new owners renovation plans, they may consider installing some noise cancelling or soundproofing solutions, such as soundcheck plasterboard, acoustic insulation, noice reducing window coverings or building up road facing gardens to help buffer the noise.

The location was great - right next door to the Big Banana which was on the kid's wishlist to visit. It was also close to shops and supermarket. Both rooms were a good size for the number of occupants. The beds were extremely comfortable. Pool was great. Staff were very friendly and professional.

We asked for rooms near each other but unfortunately this couldn't be accommodated which meant that the children couldn't freely move between the two rooms as there was a carpark between the rooms and the distance was too great. The cooktop in the two bedroom unit was not working which made cooking dinner a trial.

I have stayed here a number of times. Very comfortable. Spacious room, simple but very pleasant decor - ie grey and white floor scheme, microwave and plates with cutlery, I liked the shampoo and conditioner in separate containers not ‘shampoo/cond in one’ and my hair likes the brand! Great bed and pillows, extra blankets, feeling of comfort and privacy. Very helpful front desk person ( I booked last minute).

My room was close to highway so some noise from very busy highway but this was unavoidable considering location .

I booked last minute and had a late check-in around 10pm after a long day of driving 10+ hours. I got clear and easy instructions for a smooth late check in so I was able to roll in, get into my room with ease and have a good rest before another long drive the next day. Checkout was also easy. It was really appreciated. It was a basic room but big, clean, and had everything I needed.

Bit noisy but that's expected with the highway. It didn't bother me but some might find it annoying. The room was a bit tired, especially the bathroom, but for a night it was more than fine.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient (right on the highway), there was an on-site restaurant (which also provided room service), and the room was huge (one double bed and two single beds). There was a small kitchen with some cups, bowls and cutlery, and there was a kitchen sink, tea towel and dishwashing soap.

There were a few different types of stray hairs in some different places around the room.

Meal was very good, cooked just right 😁

Not clear needed to book into the restaurant ☹️. Room cards need updating to make this clear, and receptionist needs to advise guests when it's busy to book into restaurant if using it Luckily we found this out when we went to query wifi. It was NOT nice listening to irate guests who had not been told to book in and we're being told to come back later. Wifi VERY poor all the time, kept dropping off after about 30 seconds! Ordered drinks at time of ordering meal (just 1 beer & 1 glass of wine). Got meal, had to ask 2 more times for our drinks! ☹️. Cleared tables twice after each time being asked for our drinks when noone was waiting or even came in rather than get our drinks ☹️

Super cute place, right on the highway so really easy to find and a quick drive from most things.. right next door to the big banana, the staff were so great and accommodating! Loved it, will be back with the littlies asap! We had a great dinner in the restaurant too! Steak was melt in Ur mouth and cooked to perfection!

Some reviews have whinged about the noise of the traffic, well seriously, it's the highway! No matter where u stay on the highway you have traffic noise.. we had a room at the back of the facility and hardly heard it..

We accidentally left behind the cellphone of my husband in the room, we drove back and i call the manager on duty and she almost go home that time I called her but she went back in and let me into our room , and i found my husband phone. Thank you to her , i forgot ro ask her name but shes really good Manager. God bless and surely we coming back again one day at Country 2 Coast Motel Coffs Harbour.♥️♥️♥️👍👍🙏

The staff were friendly and polite at all times. The room was larger than expected. Parking was very convenient, as was the availability of an in-house restaurant. Internet access was excellent (unlike nearby “resorts”). Despite being on a very busy road, the traffic noise was barely audible. Fabulous value for money.

I have no complaints. Despite it being “older” it was comfortable, clean and well maintained. Would be great for families.

The renovations are looking great, it was very neat & tidy upon arrival, the staff were lovely, we only did a 1 night stop over on our travels & it was well equipped to stay longer. We ordered room service for dinner & the food was superb!!!

There were some staples sticking out of the new carpet in our room which stabbed the kids feet so they had to keep their shoes on & the traffic was pretty loud all through the night but it's a highway so there's not much that can be done about it
