The room was neat and clean and the bed comfy. A nice continental breakfast was supplied in the dining room. Overall a good stay other than the early morning noise.

There were quite a few out of town workers staying at the same time. Our gripe is that we were placed in a room right next to some workers. They would be outside their rooms at 6am each weekday morning and talking loudly, smoking (whereby the smoke smell drifted into our room somehow and the person next to us would start up his truck and let it idle for nearly 1/2 an hour whilst he talked to others. Not a good wake up call at 6am. Maybe they should be spoken to and reminded that other people are staying there and that a car doesn't need to be "warmed"up these days.

Amazing breakfast, very unexpected to have the assortment of sweet goodies. The children really enjoyed it and they exclaimed over the lovely setting. The lady in the office who greeted us was very welcoming and it was a wonderful start to a lovely stay.

Nothing really that comes to mind. We were very grateful to have our room changed to accomodate us all more comfortably. It was much more suitable to our needs and we appreciated the upgrade and it helped our stay be more pleasant. Thank you very much

Great location , very comfortable, lovely lady at reception. The swimming pool was relaxing. Felt very secure with an expensive motorcycle parked right outside room.

Spacious bedrooms and a big shower. Close enough to the towns main street to go somewhere for tea.

Lack of parking. I was told at check in that it was "park anywhere", so was aware of it. After check in, arrived at our room to find the spot in front of our door vacant, and assumed logic had applied and everyone was in front of their own rooms. But was still doubtful about the number of road workers work vehicles around. Sure enough, drove to tea and came back to find a ute in front of our room. Had to feel guilty all night because my car was in front of someone elses room a few doors down. I just like having my car close for security and ease of bag loading, and most motels I have stayed at have specific parking spaces in front of their rooms.

It was nice to have plants outside the window and windows that open. Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and booked again as we were happy with everything. They have solar panels and kindly allowed us to charge our EV overnight. Just let them know ahead of time so they can put you in a suitable spot so that leads don’t create a trip hazard.

No need to leave electric blankets on the beds in summer as it makes for some uncomfortable lumps on the bed.

Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and had good pressure.

I know they are updating the rooms, but ours hasn’t been done yet, and was quite outdated (but still functional and comfortable). I think the designated smoking space was right outside our room - we could smell cigarette smoke coming in through the bathroom window and every time we came in or out of the main door.

We rate Coonabarabran one of the most welcoming and traveller friendly regional towns in NSW. The Motel manager was very helpful in providing directions, maps and information of the town and the region. The room was generous in size, very clean, quiet, with basic amenities provided. Very comfortable bed [best we had on our travels through NSW] . Short walk to town, cafes, service stations and shops.

Room and adjoining bathroom is perhaps a little dated but was comfortable and provided excellent value at $140.00 a night.

The motel was a easy walk from town to go for dinner etc. it was clean and comfortable and easy to find. Did have usb plugs on either side of main bed that was a nice touch.

The shower is a tight doorway to get in which if you are a larger person could be a issue. My booking had breakfast included but nothing was said on check in so I had to follow it up, to which they didn’t know about it. I did get a couple items from their fridge but felt a little uncomfortable asking.

Bed very comfortable, room was very clean. Lady on front desk on check in was really nice. Parking directly out front of room.

Restaurant wasn't open, which was a shame as was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Fridge in room was VERY noisy, had to unplug it during the night. Décor is quite outdated, especially the bathroom, but pretty standard for a country motel.

Everything , from the warm greeting on arrival the whole stay exceeded my expectations…I’ve travelled a fair bit recently and without a doubt the Country Gardens Motel is in my top 5 and I’d recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat….thank you and I’ll be back 11/10🙏
