As I was travelling by road, my arrival time was dependent upon the traffic, the team at the Deniliquin Motel called in the afternoon of my arrival to confirm my arrival time and made arrangements to ensure that I could check in later in the evening. When I arrived my room was well presented, and I had fresh milk in the fridge. From the outside the motel is retro-cool and inside the rooms are renovated to a modern standard and are very comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom are of a generous size, the bed is comfortable, the room is reasonably quiet, the internet is good, and the shower is hot.

The renovations of the room are almost complete, it is only the small details that are pending; the doors are awaiting their final coat of paint, the bathroom sliding door is missing the bottom guide, and the window head reveal in the bathroom is yet to be painted. None of these items affected my stay however.

The hotel is centrally located. The facilities are good. This was my second stay at the Deniliquin Motel; this time I stayed in an unrenovated room, although all of the furniture was new and was consistent with the renovated rooms so it was quite comfortable. The bathroom was fully renovated, spacious and well-appointed... and the shower was excellent (good water pressure and hot water). I note that it had been a warm Summer's day, and the air conditioning in the room chilled the air perfectly so I could comfortably sleep.

For me there were no negative aspects of this stay.

Great location close enough to Main Street without being in the Centre of the hustle & bustle. Easy parking right outside my room. New bathroom lovely & clean with good water pressure.

Not much sound proofing, could hear upstairs & next doors chatter & movements. Most ppl quieted down by 10pm. But very hard.

Last minute booking, not a problem. Gary and Gen are so focused on customer service. I'm so glad we stayed at their motel.. Even gave us help with mapping a route! and good advice on where to eat that night.

Couldn't fault anything with motel - even under renovation - was quiet.

Friendly welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean. Icy cold air-conditioning on a 39 degrees day . Rooms recently refurbished. Can't understand the 3 stars on Booking.com . I regularly stay in motels around the country areas and this is one of the best for service and facilities.

The property was well maintained and we were lucky enough to get a newly renovated room. The rooms are spacious and modern and the hosts go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and address any issues that you have.

Unfortunately the lady owner had an appointment on the morning we were to check-out so we were unable to order breakfast - but the menu offered plenty of variety. We obtained breakfast elsewhere and nearby. Everything we could have wanted was in the room - which was large and very clean - renovated bathroom.

Reverse cycle air-conditioner very effective and warmed the room quickly. The unit was typically a bit noisy for its age - but not a show-stopper.

Hosts were very helpful and flexible. They could answer all of our questions about local services and exceeded all of our requests. Gary and Gen are excellent motel operators and their improvements make this motel a much better place to stay.

Convenient, great parking, newly renovated. Staff were amazing. Absolutely everything you need in your room inc. a choice of white and red wine glasses ;)

Everything was great.

We had a pleasant stay. Manager Tim was lovely and accommodating. The room was spacious, newly renovated bathroom. Room included fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and microwave. So too, have to give a shout out for air con and electric blankets. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.solo
