A very warm welcome upon arrival. Jimmy is an absolute star! My room was freshly decorated in a lovely coastal style, exceptionally clean and super comfortable. I had an amazing nights sleep. Very good location, around the corner from Forster ocean pool and beach. A hop, skip and a jump to my favourite cafe, Cafe Toscano. Impressed that the hotel pool was open in the winter ( yay for cold water swimming!) the dip was refreshing and welcome after a long drive. Would definitely stay again.

Little bit of noise behind my room upon arrival but didn’t last long. I couldn’t figure out how to use Netflix etc but not a big deal tbh

We were given a huge room, plenty of space with a small kitchenette and a dining table and chairs. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location was perfect, a stone's throw from all amenities, restaurants, shops, beaches, etc. Excellent value for money motel with easy parking. Janine on reception was helpful with directions and recommendations.

The accommodation was described as having a balcony which was a little misleading as it turned out to be an integral balcony outside of the room which had no view or anything much else to recommend it. This was the only downside of the property.

The location is great, rooms are clean & comfortable, has small kitchenette with microwave, very handy.

we have stayed a few times but this visit we were in Unit 5, both the bathroom & front doors were difficult to shut & on our last night we had no hot water..so we had to have cold showers..yet in the morning we had hot water back..not sure why this had happen. TV reception was terrible with some sort of interference happening making it impossible to watch. Due to the pandemic there was no room servicing this time..which didn’t bother us given we only had a 2 night stay.

The room was huge. The shower flow was terrific. We had a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery and cutlery we needed. We stayed 6 nights so these items were important to us and our budget. And there was loads of tea and coffee. It was quiet. We loved the little balcony. The airconditioner worked perfectly. The place was ultra central. We walked just about everywhere, and only moved the car twice to go to the larger shopping village. We were truly very happy with our stay. Many thanks.

Great Location easy walk to beach, lake, restaurants & shops. One of the oldest motels in Forster but it was spotlessly clean & the queen bed was very comfortable. The queen room was upstairs & had a large balcony with table & chairs & it overlooked the pool. Plenty of on-site parking. Lots of young families enjoying the pool. Great value & would stay here again. Great for a weekend get away.

It is an older style motel & the rooms do need an update but they are still very clean & comfortable. There are a lot of stairs to the upstairs rooms which elderly people could find difficult to manage so maybe book a ground floor room.

Great location, Property undergoing Room renovations. Premium double room was a good size, with table and the two single lounge chairs. Room was fresh and clean.

Outdoor needs a bit of a tidy up. A little busy with Table and chairs, and the Vines need to be trimmed around bay 25, hard to park the car. Walk ways need to be levelled, and the raised planks/gardern near walk way to the pool needs to be removed, as trip hazards. Simplify the pathways, and declutter the a little. Externally the building look a little run down, rendering the brick would help.

A fantastic find in a great location. Minutes to beach and river frontage and shopping centre in a quiet location. We had a small family reunion for Christmas and so pleased to find this family room tucked away at the rear corner of the motel. The room was quiet - no highway noise. Outdoor furniture was available for family meals and we loved sitting out in the ward air. Pool great! But its location ! location ! location ! that makes this a winner. So much so, I booked in for 3 night for New Years Ever 2023 before we left.

Parking could be tricky but there are extra spaces next door. The property is dated (but being upgraded I understand) . Even so, its a little gem at very affordable price.

I stayed in the budget room as I didn’t want to spent a lot.My partner was in hospital and I just need a clean room close to Main Street ,cafe’s , beach, shops. The room was older as I was expecting & that didn’t bother me. Bed was so comfy , clean crisp linen , clean bathroom , fresh milk , coffee, tea, bickies, microwave, TV . The room was perfect for what I needed. No Wi Fi in the budget double but I was aware of that before booking. I would stay again if I was after a budget room close to all facilities.

The room was very clean considering the age of the property. ( I understand refurbishment will take place some time in the future). All staff members that we came in contact with including the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful in their manner. Especially the gentleman at front desk who greeted us with a warm smile and gave us milk for our stay which was in a glass bottle. "Proper Milk" as he called it. The property was well located and easy to find.

Being old, the room entry door did not give me a total sense of security. ( I would assume any refurbishment would fix this). Also being located opposite the upstairs outdoor area, I could smell cigarette smoke which came wafting in under the door.

Toaster, Electric Jug, Iron, Ironing Board, Fridge, Air Conditioning, Eating Facilities for Breakfast etc supplied under cover, Coffee, Tea, Milk supplied and Hairdryer. Room clean & comfy, Bed very comfortable. Bench in room for preparation of Breakfast etc. Parking area adequate for all cars offs main street. Swimming Pool also available.

Shower Screen allowed water on floor of Bathroom. Apart from that very goods Motel.
