Great location, great value, good room.

For a five night stay I expected some level of room housekeeping during the stay. The only sign of anything being available was a notice to leave towels outside the door if replacement needed. There were no facilities to wash cups and coffee and tea supplies were not replenished. As there is no discounting of prices for multi night stays it is a significant benefit to the motel as housekeeping is not required. But there has to be some compromise to share the benefits here and provide minimal housekeeping each day. This should comprise replacement of wet towels, bathmats etc, Bed making. Waste bin clearing, dishes cleaning and resupply of coffee tea etc.

I am in my late 70,s, with a bad hip and knee, when I booked I thought the Motel was on one level, on arrival I had a top floor room for one night, the staff noticed the stairs were difficult for me and arranged for me to have a ground floor room, without any request from me, they are very helpful and considerate, the club is next door, and maccas on the corner, two Chinese restaurants opposite, and a short walk to the centre of town, highly recommended, thanks to all the staff for a relaxing stay 😃

On high street close to services club and pub for meals. Clean and tidy with working air con, hot showers and small drinks fridge. Everything a budget 3.5 star motel should have. Clean swimming pool to cool off in on hot summer days.

Ceiling fan or some other method to improve air flow through unit.

This is basic accommodation but it is all you need for a short stop over. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The motel is right next door to the Gunnedah club where you can get a great meal. The host was very pleasant. They are renovating so it could get even better. Would stay there again.

There was nothing to complain about , for the price it was good.

Based on the property details when I booked my accommodation, the room size appeared to be small, HOWEVER, whilst the overall dimensions were compact, a good layout meant that it actually felt roomier than other hotel rooms I have stayed in. Overall the bedroom and bathroom were very functional.

An older motel, but functional.

The new owners have made a drastic improvement to the property in the last 6 months. Everything is being upgraded, there are more facilities to enjoy, the pool is always nice and clean, owners are efficient and friendly.

Use of the Kitchen or food provided would be handy, only microwave and bar fridge in room.

Convenience, quiet suitable for the purpose of my stay.

Upon both checking in and checking out the office was initially unattended. Checking in, the staff member was quick to then attend to me. Upon checking out, even though I was within the opening times of reception, the doors were locked. It's not a huge problem but just wanted to mention it.

The Room was really clean, Being separated also helped get the kids to sleep while I watched the footy

The bathroom has duel access (a door fro both rooms) I'd put a cavity slider in one so they don't bash into each other.

New owners are great. Location is right near town so easy to go eat and the place is nice and clean. Place has comfortable beds and nice new AC units in all rooms.

The staff put our rooms together without us needing to ask which was perfect - great layout for families. Location was excellent as well - short walk to several good restaurants.
