Staff very helpful and friendly. it was so hot, and they quickly adjusted climate control in our room. Also it was great to have filtered water on tap in the downstairs area, both still and sparkling., for free. We asked for some ice which instantly was acquired and handed to us. The staff here are so lovely and our room had the nicest private little balcony. We will happily stay again.

Entrance signage was to Liverpool Catholic Club, and we went round the block twice before locating the entrance to the Hotel. You needed to take the exit to the Catholic Club, drive past that and locate Mercure Foyer. Also on the weekend the parking was challenging due to the Catholic Club Patronage filling up the shared carpark. One thing, the fridge in the room wasn't great, and isn't cold like a regular fridge, so storing milk for drinks was a bit dicey.

Stayed four nights on 4th floor. Liked everything about this property its quality and access to club adjoining hotel for food and drink was really convenient. Loads of parking especially if travelling with trailer. Staff are lovely. Cleaners do an amazing job and availability of room service is excellent food choice and pricing is good. Whilst not the weather for swimming for us the pool looked amazing and saw pool maintenance and cleaning there daily.

Nothing that we did not like. Views are of carpark, pool, ovals and other buildings but we didn't sit in our room looking out the windows all day and when we did the area is so big grassy and tree'd it was nice. At night can see Liverpool buildings lit up.

The hotel section we stayed in was only 5 years sold. Very modern hotel situated within the Catholic Sporting Club of Liverpool. Mercure operates the hotel accommodation and the CSCL provides club facilities where you sign in as a guest of the club and Mercure. Fine dining restaurant, large bistro (suitable for families too), a newly opened cafe for light snacks, breakfast etc. The locals of Liverpool were the clientele in the main. Being the week of Christmas, it was super busy and lively.

The Mercure needed an entry signage from the road. We could see the Mercure (9 floor building) from afar but not how to get it. The street entry just said Catholic Sporting Club. Drove around the block and then returned to the Club entry driving through carparks etc. and finally found the hotel entrance!

Very stylish and rooms were a good size. All facilities were excellent.

The fact that we had to go outside to go back and forth to the Ballroom, as they don’t want you walking past the other function. Would you not have closable doors / partition to close that room off. ? Also in the room there was a tiny milk in the fridge only, no water and tea coffee facilities very stingy as only 2 sugars each per coffee ?? Tiny tv on the huge wall. Water runs out underneath shower screen door as drain channel is in a silly spot. Definitely not worth $218 Also using a stipe pattern sheet as a bedspread / cover not a lush look.

I stayed with my daughter and grandson for two nights, The room was clean and cleaned each day by staff. The Breakfast was excellent we had a buffet breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it; the staff were very friendly. All food they provided was available we did not have to wait for anything to be cooked. We had a meal in the Restaurant on Friday night. The food was cooked to as we ordered, all food was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Front Desk staff very friendly and very helpful, cleaning staff very friendly as you can imagine we had a lot of the women stop to peek at our baby as he is only 8 weeks. Overall, this was an excellent stay we both enjoyed ourselves.

That it was time to leave :( We could not fault anything during our stay.

Excellent location and nice spacious room. we had relaxing time. room service ladies were great. AC worked well, lifts were quick, Eljannah food restaurant was only 4 minutes away, Liverpool Westfield and shopping streets were 9 minutes away. bathroom had all the amenities including shampoos, conditioner and bodywash. hair drier. tea and coffee making facilities. ironing board and iron were handy. we loved it.

Very comfortable rooms and a good amount of space. Has the Liverpool Catholic Club attached which is great for dinner and has a huge kids play area, plus lots of options for food. Can also order a huge variety from the club to to your room on room service. Breakfast was really good.

Need to upgrade the TVs so they can be streamed to from Smartphones. Everyone has all the streaming services on their phones nowadays, having movies which cost $30 and no ability to stream from phone to TV is so outdated. Also we had a sporting event we had to be at by 7.45am, when breakfast only opened at 7am on a Sunday we were annoyingly rushed. There were 2 other sporting events nearby (so dance, netball and taekwondo) who had visitors staying at the Hotel, so there was quite a large crowd of people trying to quickly eat between 7am and 7.20am. This could have been solved by starting breakfast at 6.30am

It’s far away from the noisey streets and you just felt that quietness. Another bonus it’s joined to the Catholic labour Liverpool club so we could walk down and browse for a meal or see what entertainment they had on. Access to recent movies when I just wanted a quiet night in. Love the bathrooms bath gel, hand wash, shampoo etc plenty to use and smells amazing. These little things I just find makes my stay more comfortable. Buffet brekky is amazing! This is my second stay here and Mercure did not let us down.

For the second time, I stayed in this hotel with my family. We found it to be an excellent place to stay for parents and their children. I found the room quite spacious for us. There were two queen size beds that were incredibly comfortable, clean, and smelled fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a great selection of food. The swimming pool was an added bonus for the children, and the location was very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience.

I did not find anything to be dissatisfactory.

The staff are AMAZING! Everyone from front desk, housekeepers, and the guys on the entry to the club are all so lovely and welcoming, they must be really happy to work there which was nice. Antonio especially. Pool is big and mostly under shade. Bathroom was luxurious with a huge shower and refillable toiletries which I always appreciate for less environmental impact. Huge room, bed, very clean, it was a such a surprisingly nice overnight stay. Catholic club attached to the lobby is massive - restaurants, cafe, casino, bars, one is even open until 3am serving food and drinks.

A separate bin for recycling is needed in rooms. Movies cost $34.95 which is too much - need Netflix option on TVs. Pool was packed, it didn’t seem like they were all guests as I didn’t see any of them during our stay, I assume public just walk in. Probably need to put swipe card access on the pool as having a relaxing quiet swim and sunbake was why we chose this hotel but it was so crowded, no spare seats or lounges.
