Location was spot on, although I did have to put up with a 90 second walk to Club Old Bar for a refreshment - tiring to say the least. The rooms were very good indeed beautiful decor - perfect mattress - balcony with a two seat setting and when seated obscured from roadside view - would be quite romantic with a loved one. The ensuite was just right with a very good shower. Cleanliness beyond reproach. Coming and going was via a key pad, good system as long as you don't forget the PIN. Iron, Ironing Table and most other things tat you would generally expect, coffee etc. If you needed to launder then you can't go past their machines top range do a superb job, washing 30mns Drying 45mins, $5 wash and $5 drying $1 for powder, pretty much a home away from home. There was internet available did not use, so can/t comment on speed etc.

I was a little disappointed in there was no Microwave or Toaster. It is to be noted that in their documents it does state no cooking facilities as it is against NSW Law. This I find difficult to grasp as other Motels I have stayed have supplied at least a toaster if not a microwave and toaster but it is their rule - so be it - Bit disappointed with the price of Continental Breakfast $10 a bowl!! and choice of cereal could include Corn Flakes (not everyone eats All Brand and Sultana Brand etc). The only two Negatives I have are the Cooking but if the law is accurate then that is not their fault., and the Cereal.

Very spacious rooms, large shower, nicely appointed. Bed was super comfortable, rooms serviced daily, coffee pod machine? ( I don't drink coffees), gym room downstairs. Probably the nicest room I have been in for a good while. Also liked the club in easy 30 second walk, nice meals.

One - no undercover parking. Not a biggie, pretty common nowadays. Two - the desk was cramped with keyboard, laptop etc. A few more cms wider would have been great Was able to use so not major. I am sure it wasn't perfect but nothing else comes to mind. I will stay here again definitely.

Firstly the motel was very clean and tidy and had wonderful modern rooms. I had emailed a few days before booking to see if I could possibly park our caravans.Mel on the front desk emailed me straight back letting me know it wouldn’t be a problem to park our caravans and she was very accommodating. We arrived after check in hours about 6:30pm and Mel had already sent us pin codes for the doors in the afternoon. She was actually still there when we arrived and she came out to greet us! (Even though she had finished for the day) She wanted to make sure we were comfortable with where we were parking our vans and ensure we got into our rooms okay. The customer service from Mel was incredible. We had stayed at a few motels in our travels and didn’t get that level of service anywhere. The food at the club next door was wonderful. We had a rough day of travel and it turned our whole day around when we arrived at this motel. We will be booking it for our annual trip every year now! Thanks to Mel and the rest of the team for having us!

A fantastic size room that was clean, modern and comfortable. I appreciated the very easy check in and che k out process and not needing a swipe card. Great location! Beds are comfortable and little touches like the espresso pod machine and bottles of water Iin the fridge were appreciated. Good air con and smart TV and free WiFi that was fast enough

The shower screen is so narrow, hard not to flood the floor.

Really nice, stylish, clean design and a big comfortable bedroom - and great, large shower! Great location and easy to access with door codes (we didn't even have any interaction with staff other than the text message just before arrival). Very clean and just suited our needs perfectly.

Perhaps a couple more tea bags and coffee pods (non-decaf). Otherwise nothing needed improving!

Easy to find, able to park near room on ground floor. Room and ensuite very comfortable and decent size.

Instructions for air-conditioning unit not simple. Late check-in and not an emergency so didn't bother with after-hours number. Couldn't get it working, thankfully didn't need either heating or cooling. Mentioned this issue when checking out and staff member commented that guests do struggle with these instructions...?? Simplify them!

We stay in Old Bar very regularly as we have relatives there. This Motel is great for 1 or maybe 2 nights, if you need more space or a longer stay, then a hotel may serve you better. But for a short stay or pitstop for the night this is exceptional. It's located right next door to the Club Old Bar which has very reasonable meals and it's a short walk (or 1 min drive) into the little town old Old Bar. We would definitely stay here again.

Didn't receive our text message with our door code. Arrived at 7pm no one at reception. No after hours number to call. Thankfully the Club Old Bar courtesy bus driver stopped by and guided us to the reception of the Club Old Bar next door and were able to get it sorted.

Being able to park close to my room made my arrival easier. Code entry system is very convenient and easy. I always feel very safe when here because of the code entry system. Rooms are modern and clean. Having the club next door to get dinner is also convenient.

There is nothing I didn’t like..

The rooms were clean and well appointed, it was quiet and a short walk into town. Plenty of parking. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The non contact check in system worked well.

The door codes are a bit long for older people to memorise.
