Location was good, easy access room was well appointed with modern fittings. Shower was great even if the bathroom was a tight fit, it all worked as expected.
Only complaint with the light at the door gathering bugs at night which went into the room when the door was open. And tight parking spot but this is to be expected at a motel of this size.

We were running behind schedule and not sure we were going to reach the accommodation before the end of check in. I called the property and the fellow who answered my call was reassuring with his nothing is a bother attitude. He arranged for the key to be available and had milk in the fridge for coffee. We arrived at midnight and we're able to walk straight into the room. Much appreciated.

Really appreciated the flexibility of staff as we arrived later in the evening. We had trucks due to interstate move and the staff were able to accommodate our vehicles. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. This made the overnight stay and our move less stressful. Thanks to the staff who assisted!!

The family room we booked was not available so we were upgraded to a much larger house off site. It was an older house but had everything we required and more!! A room for each of us (Family of 5).
The range hood didn't work that well, and as the kitchen is in the middle of the house it could be better.

Convenient to what we needed. To the check in staff, it was the best I've had in a while,super friendly and helpful!!
Stains on a bed cover was questionable, but the good outweighed the bad!

the lovely lady in reception could see I had had a big day and gave me a room upgrade - very much appreciated!! room was huge and had great kitchen facilities and brand new bathroom

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Plenty of information about the surrounding area and what to do. Very quiet while we were there.
Price was a bit steep, considering the size of the room. No other complaints.
