We had a good time at the Beachcomber, especially the pool was fabulous. I'm not sure why some people complain about the stairs, there are really not that many. Everything was clean and the beach in walking distance.

The kitchen needs an upgrade. I would have thought an appartement with a kitchen would provide at least salt and pepper. The only thing provided is instant coffee with a couple of little milks but no sugar. There was also only one frying pan and not a lot of utensils which made cooking hard. Although stated in the description, there are no ocean views from the balconies.

The unit was was a great size for a family of 4. The beds were super comfortable and soft making for a great sleep. The pool is a great size for all ages. The resort is in a fantastic location with a short walk to town beach and parks and about a 15 minute stroll into the town centre.

Not much to not like about this property. Great set up and location for the price point. Would of liked a sachet for each day for stay for the dish washer if anything.

The size of the apartments were amazing. We came for a swimming carnival and the location was super convenient for us. The apartment also came fully stocked with everything you could need in relation to kitchen items (cutlery, kettle, plates, cooking equipment etc). We booked for two nights and required an additional third night. We called the after hours number and the staff member was more than happy to look into the availability and call me back promptly.

The shower floor needs to be changed so that water doesn't run out into the bathroom and flood the floor. There was only one satchel of dishwashing liquid and washing powder and for the length of our stay it would have been good to have a few more satchels available. The same with the towels replacing the towels would have been great as the one we had became used to soak up excess water in the bathroom floor. Only small things and it was still a great stay but also some things that could be improved.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The kids absolutely loved the massive swimming pool with a beach area plus the heated spa. We didn't expect the lovely views to the ocean and walking distance to the beach. Also walking distance to the amazing Bandwagon Cafe was a massive bonus!

2 bedrooms was lovely, nice comfy couch and beds, quiet, and cute. Having a trundle bed for our 2 year old was absolutely perfect. Being able to look down on the courtyard/pools was great!

The tile floors (everywhere except bedrooms) had a gross, slippery, oily residue that made our socks sticky. We refused to have showers because the tub clearly had not been cleaned between guests. The beds in the master bedrooms need to be bigger.

Not only was the location great but the apartment we stayed in was more than we expected everything was great and sitting out on the balcony each day was just perfect 👌🏾

We only had minor issue with the drain in our bathroom but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t fix ourselves until the next day and Claudia was great and able to assist right away

The apartment was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice quiet location within walking distance of some venues and cafes. Easy walk to the beach weather permitting.

As we had torrential rain while we were there , I didn’t like the fact you had to walk out in the rain to get to the underground car park from our unit.

The apartment was very clean. TV access to apps and YouTube was very useful for our child. The Swimming Pool was excellent. The location was very convenient and close to the beaches and shops. Covered car park was convenient and safe.

The only thing was the shower curtain was letting the water leak out on the bathroom floor. We had to mop the bathroom floor to prevent a mess. I think it just needs to be updated to glass. Otherwise it was very clean.

Love the location of this property. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. There’s BBQ facilities which is undercover so usable even during rain. Pool is fantastic

The kitchen could be better equipped with more dishwashing detergents both for dishwasher and manual. Basic supply of necessities like paper towels, plastic wrap would be a bonus. Replace any Teflon cooking pans/utensils. These should be well known health hazards by now.

Apartment was very clean and well appointed. It is perfect for an extended stay with everything you need to cook meals. It was fitted with a washer/dryer. 2 balconies one always in the sun and one in the shade.

Depending on your room there was a couple of flights of stairs. While it was a short stroll to Town Beach, it was some way from town and the shops.
