Overall I am very happy staying at Quest. The one bedroom apartment on ground floor was pretty clean and compact. End to end experience since checkin n checkout was easy. Parking is just outside and there was ample parking available. Eateries/Food courts were very close to Quest which is another plus point.

TV could have Netflix and You Tube for families to enjoy. I couldnt connect to my Netflix as there was some issue with TV/network there.

Everything abt Quest is excellent as usual. We always stay at Quest when in Aust. Staff at Quest Singleton were all so lovely thank you guys.

I think there was a miscomm but housekeeping missed out our room on Monday morning. With kids, having a clean room to get back to is very important to me. However all else was great. Even after hours, it was easy to contact staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the 3 bedroom apartment. The bedrooms are a great size & beds are very comfortable. Great kitchen, bathroom & laundry facilities too. It is also close the shops & only a short drive to Hunter Valley to enjoy all the local tourist attractions. We highly recommend staying here.

The shower was a bit small in the ensuite and the kettle didn't work when we first arrived, however staff were very helpful & supplied us with a new kettle the next morning.

Very quiet location, away from the noisy main road. Bedrooms are set back from the building exterior making them extra quiet. Car park is away from the rooms, so other guests leaving early in the morning don't wake you. Likewise, if you're leaving early, you don't have to worry about waking other guests.

No stocked minibar.

Quiet location for a great nights sleep. A family reunion so I cooked in the kitchen which had all I needed. Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful reception staff.

It would have been good to have sun on the balcony but the location of this room did not allow for it.

I loved the spaciousness of the accommodation, the bed was super comfy and the shower / bathroom facilities were excellent. Cooking facilities were great. I was making a cake for an event I was attending and required an oven - one of the few places I have stayed with full oven.

Well located, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (2 bedroom one with ensuite), washing machine & dryer, fast wifi internet, clean, comfortable beds, extra crockery and towels provided on request, no issue with request for later check out, good parking

No daily housekeeping, sofa bed not very comfortable

Jug smelt of mould so didn't use. Kitchen sink smeltalso.but otherwise beautifully appointed and clean. Pillows were a little flat extra pillows would have been nice .TV difficult as TV channels were not set in had to scan for channels. And stereo remote flat missing a battery . .. just little things but otherwise we love ❤️

A mistake was made with our requested bedding arrangements and the apartments accommodated us in a new room. Facility is clean quiet and comfortable. It is a bit expensive for a regional town.

So great to be able to get an affordable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for our family of 4. Super clean and having a full size fridge meant we could store our travelling food easily. Fantastic stay thank you
