Well appointed, very clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Everything needed for a trouble free self contained stay was provided.

Heating was bit of a problem. Because the building was built back in the days of high ceilings, the placement of the reverse cycle air conditioning (a large powerful unit) just below the ceiling meant that much of the heat did not reach floor level. That said, on cooling cycle, the positioning was ideal. I would imagine that on a hot summer's day the apartment would be refreshingly cool. If staying in the colder months, my advice would be to bring warm clothing. Bedding was, however, lovely and warm.

Spaciousness, King size bed, comfortable pillows, decor.

More than 1 and a bit rolls of toilet paper for a 2 night stay would be helpful. Small unused toiletries rather than large bottles of partly used shampoo etc would be better hygienically especially given the tariff. Dish washing liquid was just about empty. Fix these small issues and it becomes first class accommodation.

A wonderful stay started with very friendly, detailed and timely communications from hosts. Offstreet undercover parking and level access to apartment. One of several on the block, the one bedroom apartment is modern and well presented. High ceilings, spacious, clean and with all required for a short or medium term stay. On side street so no traffic, yet a short walk to main street shopping area. Wonderfully comfortable bed, good pillow choices made for a super night’s sleep. Efficient A/C and first class wifi. Would be my choice for accommodation if back in the area.

I cannot recall when I last stayed in a hotel, motel or self contained apartment that only had one toilet roll provided. Get to expect one on the dispenser and one spare - so fail. Also, only 3 coat hangars, when have good hanging & storage design? Expect minimum 6, par is 8, where we are tonight has 10 - they are not expensive! Could do with upgrade to shower screens, leaking and aged.

Spacious, comfortable, nice. Appreciated the 11am checkout time.

A bit cold in the bedroom; lacking some nice touches to make it more pleasant. Bad positioning of the washing machine - it detracts from an otherwise nice and big bathroom.

Location is great. 2nd stay. Clean and quiet

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen window could not be locked which was a security thing as on the ground floor front. And the front gate could not be closed either.

Ample space, quiet area and close enough to restaurants to walk. Like the off street parking.

The front gate couldn't be looked so had to be propped open. Bedroom could do with some sort of heating.

Bed was very comfortable. Easy access to the unit. Convenient location. Good sized kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine available if required.

Remote control for tv needed new batteries.

It’s not a dislike but the condensation in the apartment does create issues with paint peeling etc but it didn’t bother me, I just felt bad for the owners.

Clean, spacious and well appointed. Great shower and VERY comfortable bed. Off the main road so no traffic noise but short walk to shops and a number of dining venues. Very attractive renovated old building with high ceilings.

The lighting. We managed with the reading lamp in the lounge, by moving some of the furniture, but the bedside lamps were really inadequate for reading in bed, which is a must for me.

Clean and spacious accommodation handy to main street and services. Comfy lounges and beds. Spacious kitchens.

Hot water was hit and miss and water pooled in the shower bay in Unit 1. The hedges lining the driveway are overgrown and dragged on the side of the car. WiFi was not able to be accessed.ean
