As a frequent guest over the last couple of years I have found the level of cleanliness and comfort, generous provisions and welcoming staff to be consistently high. The Silo is my preferred motel along ‘The Country Way’, and Biloela is great overnight stop when travelling through inland QLD.

At present there seems to be no evening meal offered (restaurant or room service). There are options across the road and in town, but in the past it has been lovely to have a menu and meals delivered to the door. A delicious cooked breakfast was available, which I appreciated very much!

As a regular visitor, I always appreciate the friendly welcome and easy check-in, numbered and under cover parking space near the room, everything clean and comfortable. The wrap around block out curtains, and coffee pod machine (with included pods) are a couple of the extra touches which keep me coming back when I’m passing through Bilo!

the location was very good and the pub was handy for meals, they offered little extras like a coffee machine and packed lunches for your trip at a price !

That the website shows a restaurant on site, but it was not operating and this is disappointing when you have been on the road for hours, you really don't want to have to get back in the car to go for dinner!

The owners were very friendly, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Very honest people giving us money back that we had been overcharged, we didn't even realise, but then the receptionist didn't charge us for the 2nd night so we had to pay a little more, the owners wete so good at explaining everything and putting it all in writing and showing us on the computer whete she made the error.

The young receptionist didn't really know her job, 1st over charging us, then not charging us for a 2nd night.

Lovely motel, room has everything you need, bed super comfy & fabulous pillows. Breakfast served to the room, beautifully cooked. Restaurant not open but you can eat at Settlers across the road, the food there is top notch. Staff at the Silo so very friendly, especially lady on reception. Whole motel is clean & tidy, would definitely recommend it.

Lovely pool but no shade or comfy chairs to sit on around it. Facilities state there is a restaurant & bar open Monday to Thursday - the restaurant is not open at all, so this should be noted on Booking.com app.

We did not get breakfast as I did not order any before 730 pm then we had early check out

Someone was not following instruction and was smoking outside. It was another customer though

We just stayed one night so we didn't have any interactions with staff but all went smoothly. It was clean, easy access to town, no worries. I'd stay again when traveling to Bilo.

Comfortable Queen bed and very spacious room. Bed is set back into the room away from the window. Bedside lamps, good sized breakfast table, pod coffee maker with some pods was a bonus. Big undercover car park outside room. Across the road from a big tavern - Hotel settlers.

Excellent place to stay. Clean. Laundry room for people staying more than one night. We stayed 3 nights in the luxury suite. Restaurant was closed but still did room service from hotel settlers across the road. Even offer breakfast to be delivered to your room. Thumbs up from us.

BBQ area average, not undercover. Didn’t end up using because of this reason.

Plenty of space and places to put luggage, full length mirror, separate hand basin from shower/ toilet room. Undercover parking outside room.

No extractor fan in bathroom or it wasn't working.
