I loved the location in proximity to Prince Charles Hospital. A short walk up a hill to see my husband, an in-patient. Plenty of space in the undercover carpark. Although the room cost $855 (& that was with a $13.93 credit) for one person for four nights through booking.com, I felt was expensive even though I saved on daily hospital car park fees by walking to the hospital. There was no laundry facilities in the room, although there was a guest laundry (coin operated) available. Breakfast (packaged cereal, fruit and milk) was available for collection from 7 am from reception. Aldi and eateries for an evening meal were within walking distance if you didn't want to get your car out. The bed was comfortable, room clean and was relatively quiet.

I wasn't happy that the room was not serviced each day, especially given the cost per night for one person.

Staff were exceptional, very friendly and very accommodating. Location was perfect as we had an appointment at hospital which was next door so we were able to walk. Quiet at night. Very clean and modern, full size fridge, kitchen facilities excellent. Shared guest lounge and outdoor eating bbq area clean, spacious and comfortable. Secure parking. Breakfast was basic grab and go.

Would be better with a second chair at desk/table and second lounge chair. Only one of each and with kitchen facilities, eating together was not ideal. Room outdoor balcony needed some attention - cleaning and some greenery.

I needed to have an operation on my knee & the essence apartment was perfect as it is right next door to The Prince Charles Hospital, it made it really easy for my wife to come over to the hospital every day , we were in level one & there is a rear entrance on that level which made it even more easier for my wife to come to the hospital , also there is a community lounge area on level one where you can access more things .

Nothing to dislike.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy.

Cleanliness in the bathroom definitely needs to be looked at. The window sill in the bathroom was dirty, the blind was dirty and I found a skinny cigarette on the window sill in the bathroom. Around the edge of the outside of the shower was also dirty. All the window sills were dirty. The blind that covered the main window in the room sits outside the window, letting in a lot of light. Suggestion would be to have it sit inside the window.

It was a clean, well appointed apartment. Also very quiet. The Air conditioning worked well, although there were ceiling fans if we preferred. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good nights sleep.

I would have liked a full length mirror, the wardrobe doors might accommodate one. Also a clock, if I hadn't brought one, and as I personally don't wear a watch, I had no way of telling the time. Had to rely on reception if I wanted a wake-up call. In the toilet/ bathroom, there wasn't a towel rail, so towels were put on floor. Traffic noise was bad at times.

The bed and room temperature were great!

We found it hard to sit and eat as there was only one upright chair and table room was minimal. One of us had to sit on the bed and eat at the bedside table. ( a bit difficult for older people).

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk explained everything about my stay. When I got to my level, I noticed that the entire floor had a very nice scent and so did my room. It shows that they took pride in cleaning their hotel. My room was clean and neat. I love the full kitchen as you can cook if you don’t want take out. I love that there is fox tv shows. And it’s great that breakfast was included as most hotels that I been to that are more expensive doesn’t include breakfast. Plus, Great price!!! As everywhere else prices has increased. Everything was great!

Nothing to dislike. But if you’re travelling by bus it may be hard to get to. Definitely need a car or taxi.

Made our own breakthrough.

Services eg fresh towels daily we had to go and get, which wasn’t a problem but for $250 plus a night should have been replaced daily by staff 1 teatiwik for 4 days . We enjoyed our stay but one other thing was the aircon heating didn’t work.

The location for medical procedures is the closest you can get to St Vincents Northside.. The beds are large and very comfortable (we had a king balcony room) We were road side and expect a bit of car noise but the thick sliding doors cut most of that out. Room are very clean.

Corresponds to my expectations. Note that for 2 nights I booked a studio.

We were on the 4th floor without balcony. No table in the studio to eat. When booking it is stipulated with breakfast, but in reality every morning at the reception it puts you at your disposal milk, cornflaque. This is not a breakfast.
