I couldn’t fault the staff, absolutely wonderful, very warm and welcoming. The bed was massive and very comfortable.

Unfortunately my spa jets weren’t working and I only found out upon arrival but the staff were working tirelessly to get it fixed. Fingers crossed for next time! Also the tv and internet was very slow so Netflix kept buffering which was a bit annoying.

everything was clean and hygenic. cutlery in paper packets. good size room and had what I consider the minimum requirements, TV, kettle, microwave. was a nice surprise that the rooms were serviced daily, so could of gotten fresh towels or coffee etc if required. parking in front of my room was great and the parks were spacious not difficult to park at all.

I liked the room set up there was enough space for my family of 5, the beds were comfortable, the towels soft. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the temperature was great. The staff were friendly and only tidied the room as we requested them to. Was a fantastic stay highly recommend.

The only thing we werent fans of was that there wasnt a bolt at the door only a hook lock so our curious 2 year old was able to open the door very slightly and slam it which would have annoyed the other patrons.

It was a quiet stay I think my two girls were the only noise I could here. It was a great price for the room I stayed in having Netflix was a complete bonus for my girls n myself because then I could also have some time to myself. It was our first stay in a motel as we r homeless atm due to fiance passing n the family roving us from our family home of 6yrs it was an exceptional night that won't b forgotten as we haven't been able to afford a holiday or motel stays. It was quite exciting for myself n my girls. 🤗. Thanku so very much for having us. 🤗

Having to leave early not being able to stay for another night.or.two.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Pool was good.

The smell from the drain in the bathroom was not pleasant. The sliding door out to the balcony automatically locked when we went outside. Luckily my son was still inside to let us back in. Being on a busy main road you will hear emergency vehicles in the middle of the night. Couch was not co.fy and in an odd position. We stayed in room 15, upstairs.

Everything was really nice, I thought is was a little on the dear side of pricing seeing as no breakfast was apart of the deal, or any meals available really. Staff were lovely.

No food service available or direction to nearby outlets. Flight was changed by airlines and had to leave a day early, but no offer of a refunded in or credit for the unused day, it is was not my fault just think it was a bit harsh no to offer

Room was very clean and the bed was comfy, we thought we may of had a bad night sleep with it being located on one of the main roads and next to the emergency services station but once the landing door was shut there was little to no traffic sounds. Only fault we had was there was no undercover/secure parking for our car. We had a family room and our car park relating to that room was outside with no undercover parking.

The parking was the only downfall for us.

Great size room for a family. Facilities were all clean and welcoming.

There was a very steep staircase to access the room. I wouldn’t like to do that with younger kids. Car parking for this particular room was at the front of the hotel which is a fairly busy road. I would’ve felt safer if my car was parked away from a public footpath.

Loved everything , housekeeping was spot on very friendly staff , loved the room . We will definitely be coming back again . Pretty close to everything you need .

That we had to come home .

The bed was comfortable, we had air con and access to Netflix, a big shower and plenty of space in our room. It was great, very clean and well-appointed. The owner/manager was excellent, very helpful and generous with his time. We enjoyed our stay and would come back if we are planning on staying in the area again.

The toilets were a bit weird, so flat at the top of the bowl, like a serving dish, and the air conditioner smelt a little bit, but these things weren't enough to affect our experience.
