Good location with well-appointed rooms. Meals from the on-site restaurant were very good. Could walk to old train station to see the bilby show. Was cold whilst we were there, but the aircon ensured we were very comfortable.

A small criticism. When I checked in, the manager told me was "another silly person for booking using Booking.com", as it was more expensive. I thought that this was inappropriate, as without Booking.com I am sure they would struggle for pre-booked accommodation. I travel frequently using Booking.com and have never had anyone say this to me.

Excellent location. right in town, you can walk to IGA, the train station and bilby centre are right across the road. Charleville is a pedestrian friendly town. My room had a comfortable queen size bed, plus a spare. Lots of towels, a little microwave and fridge, air conditioning, a big bathroom and shower. There's also proper bowls and cutlery, very handy.

partying from the neighbourhood was a bit loud, bring ear plugs in case people have been drinking. that's not the motels fault.

This is a very modern motel with a small but very well designed room, including double glazed windows. It was very clean, warm and quiet with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The lighting in the room was excellent. Parking was adjacent to the room and there was an excellent restaurant on-site for dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The wifi internet was slow. The shower screen leaked a bit out onto the bathroom floor.

Centrally located and well maintained property. Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms have car park access and a beautiful country verandah on the other side. Loved the guest laundry and easy walk to visitors centre for breakfast. We did not use the restaurant but it was busy while we were there.

Staff were friendly, ample parking. Walking distance to the supermarket and short drive (or longer walk) to the RSL. Very comfy bed.

The hotel uses bore water so there is a smell in the room. Whilst the water is "drinkable", the taste is terrible enough that brushing teeth was a struggle. Use bottled water.

Location close to town & access to main attractions . Room (8) was spacious, smart decor & clean. Good shower, microwave handy. Reverse air con kept us nice & warm.

Disparity between room sizes - ours (8) was big, whilst our friends’ room (10) was half the size & we were paying same price. They were not happy. Wi wi was very patchy. We had none in our room, but good internet just outside our door! Thin towels & thread bare patches on blanket. Poor lighting in the carpark. Hard to see our way around & up the steps at night. Suggest sensor lights above the steps.

the coffee machine had a pod already in it and two pods that where sticky and dirty.. chose not to coffee at 5 instead went over the road as we left. we have been to Charleville twice and would love to see the restaurant open .. there are limited options for travellers. the RSL was overwhelm with min 1.5 hr waiting , that’s minimum! possible a bbq or two around the pool..

Was an extremely comfortable sleep and lovely place to stop. unfortunately I. Had to work, had 2 kids (4yo and 6yo) and managed to have good wifi, kids ran around in a lovely grassy area, bilby experience was only accross the road, had an amazing dinner on site, dessert delivered to our room and a really comfortable bed and pillow and great shower. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Room was cozy and modern, everything was clean and staff were very polite and accommodating.

Would of been great if the rocks restaurant was open to have dinner and breakfast or an alternative food option for people staying in the off season.

The quality of everything was up there with the best accommodation in outback Queensland. The W-fi was excellent. The air conditioner worked well and quietly. There was a ceiling fan. I could not fault it and will stay there again.
