We stayed in a family cabin with queen bed, single bed and two bunks. Queen bed was super comfortable. Room was clean and tidy. Shower was average but had great water pressure. Facilities were great and there was nothing we went without. Pool is large and fairly clean given the amount of leaves they'd have to deal with. Separate pool that had a good shallow bit for kids was fantastic and had a waterfall and deep section too. Plenty of shade in the pool of an afternoon.

Wifi was a little average and phone signal in the room wasn't great. The kids playground could do with a bit of improvement but there were no complaints from our toddlers. It's just a bit out-dated and some handles are broken. Needs a good sand and paint. There are bindis (prickles) everywhere in the grounds so keep your shoes on! Also recommend putting something on top of the outside bin as either possums or ibis got into ours and spread our rubbish everywhere.

Not much of a playground for the kids. Cabin still had restorations visible. (Towel rack in bathroom was obviously replaced, but still had paint and hole visible from were old rack used to be) Shower cube is incredibly small and shower head pressure was really harsh. Couch was quite dirty, took cushions off the couch to lay on the floor next to the bottom buck, (for support for my 10mth old if she fell off the bed), noticed a lot of dirt and crud on the couch underneath the cushions.

Being from the towers it's the only place I'll stay It's always clean, friendly staff etc

During the night could hear random noises like it was ppl walking around trying to get in. I wish I booked the one bedroom cabin instead of a studio, but being one night just sucked it up. And that the glass sliding door didn't lock, had to lock the screen door with the key (from tville tad iffy bout only one door locking)

The deluxe cabin was great size for a family. Bed was comfy. The grounds are very shady and the pool was fantastic. We had such a good time. Great park for families, safe for the kids to ride their bikes and the go karts were fun to hire.

The grounds could use a tidy up. Lots of big sticks on the ground near the cabins. Heaps of bindies too. The sliding screen door kept coming off the track and one of the lights didn't work inside.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Loved the pool. We were very happy they allowed us to bring our small dog.

The moment I opened the door I felt at home the bed was so comfortable and we even slept in it was a place well visit again I also liked that the cabins weren't right on top of each other they were spaced out

I didn't like that the bathroom was so small but it isn't an issue just my preference to bathrooms

The place had great amenities, the pool and playground area was good. The family chalet was comfortable and quite roomy.

The 2 bedroom chalet had one air conditioner for the whole place (situated in the lounge) and it took several hours to cool the whole place down.

The staff were friendly, the self-contained cabin clean and well laid out, and the park appeared quiet. Being pet friendly was a bonus as it's hard to find somewhere that allows dogs. I can't speak for the remainder of the park but the cabin we had was great.

Our cabin backed onto the main highway which could get a little noisy. A fence between the road and park would be good and allow for more privacy. Other than that, I can't think of anything else.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. There is a nice little library in the reception area and I was able to exchange a book. Parking was good. Our cabin was pleasant. Because we were only there overnight we didn't investigate the facilities but the swimming pool near the entrance looked to be well maintained.

Overpriced, but Charters Towers is a popular destination and there is not much accommodation available. Our cabin had a dripping shower, presumably because no-one had reported it.

The location was very peaceful and beautiful. Only min. From the town centre although I felt away from it all. Beautiful pool and lovely place to stroll in the early am with my tea. Will be bringing the kids back with me next time work and or/holiday
