Value for money. Cabin was spacious enough to feel comfortable compared to previous cabin parks. Staff were helpful. Position of cabin was good. Plenty of storage space. Good size fridge about 1.4 m high. More crockery than just 2 of everything. Air con in 2 rooms. Shower was hot. Parking great between cabins so quiet. Little usable veranda and table setting. Quiet. Towels were fluffy. Floor plan of cabin layout available on website was helpful

A bit tired. Couch uncomfortable. Table too high for chairs. Had to sit on a pillow. Gallery style bunk area. Would only suit young family. Curtains in bedroom too short for privacy. We stayed in cabin 3. This is not a criticism just feedback / suggestions

The cabin we had was nice and clean and had a kitchenette in it which was handy. We were close to the pool which was great for the children. The air conditioning in every room was great ! Staff were very friendly and accomodating as we were visiting family in charters towers for a wedding. The cabin was a great size for our family of 5.

The beds were very hard an upgrade on beds would be great and perhaps pool staying open a little later than 7pm would of been good when on hols.

Staff were great and accommodating when notified we would be arriving late. Room although was a little small, the kitchen, living area were spacious. Clean amenities. Dog friendly to the extent that they can be left outside on porch, it was adequate for what we required (small poodle).

Bedroom area (moving around bed) and bathroom were very tight.

The pool was really nice and the location was also good, the room was very clean possibly the cleanest toilet I’ve seen in an accomodation, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. The fridge was a very good size and the microwave was also nice and big. Such a great place to stay highly recommend!

That we didn’t book more nights one night was not long enough!

Cabin was well maintained, clean and spacious with a good sized kitchenette. Laundry was also clean and well maintained and centrally located. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and obviously very proud of their town and what it had to offer.

There was no heating and insufficient blankets in our cabin for the cold blast that went through while we were there.

Washing was a bit expensive $6 per load and the dryer was $12 (2x $6) I was lucky to dry my load in 2 cycles only because the drum was hot from previous person which cost them $18 = 3 cycles per 30mins There is 3 washing machines and only one dryer unfortunately Bring your gold coins

We were a little behind schedule so when we arrived the office was closed but the gent was more than accomodating and opened up for us to check in. Our cabin was super cute, everything we needed for the night and was very clean. I really liked that the door and deck face out and away from the park so it’s a little more private. The shower/water pressure was the best we experienced so far on this trip, it was so good! Beds are a little firm but nothing insanely horrible. Would happily stay again!

clean comfortable family cabin close to every thing we needed access to all within 5 minutes drive kids loved the pool staff were very helpful and professional will definitely stay there again the owner or manager not sure but the man was always on top of running the place very smoothly. he honestly needs a day off and a few beers.

not enough parking spaces for some of the cabins and needs to be a lower speed limit and reverse parking in the cabin car parks to make it safer for family’s with kids and other vehicles coming in and out.

We have stayed there multiple times and always receive great service. We have been lucky enough to get the same cabin each time and it is great as it has easy access to the road. And also near the pool for easy safe entertainment for my child.

One of the airconditioners was making a noise.

We stayed in 2 bedroom cabin. It was roomy and clean and all amenities worked well. Shower was a good size. There also was an extra blanket which was great.

There was only one extra blanket so that would not have been good if all of us were cold. But it wasn’t needed.
