When I arrived I spoke to Karen and she was absolutely lovely. Karen was patient and kind. She walked me through my check in process which made it quick and easy. My room was prepared by Maria and it was by far one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I've stayed in. Added bonus the air conditioning was turned on for my family before we entered our room. We were surprised and extremely impressed by the staff. Will 100% be coming back here!!! Thank you so much for an amazing stay ❤️

The room was extremely clean & very welcoming. Lovely setup & managers were very friendly on arrival. Lots of added items for convenience such as the little vanity kit & dental kit, which came in very handy as my partner forgot his toothbrush!! It's great to see somewhere is thinking of everything that 'might' be needed!! Also loved the room with the floor lighting!

Parking is a little tight - we drive a 4WD and getting into the parking spaces was a little tight. Luckily it was a quieter time at the motel so we had the added convenience of being able to use two parking spots to get our park right, but if the motel was full it would make it very hard for a 4WD vehicle to maneuver.

Staff amended my booking so that my room was close to other members of my party, as we had a misunderstanding and had booked in separate locations. I received an upgrade and my room was perfect. I can't thank the staff enough for making my weekend away so much easier and comfortable.

I had a wedding to attend, and I had trouble with the light in the bathroom (room 35) as it was very dim and was not very good for doing make-up in front of. I could only see what my make-up looked like in my friend's room. A bright light above the mirror would fix the issue, but other than that I had a wonderful stay.

Location was very good - walking distance to city centre for cafes, shops etc. Big Peanut close by, if you like these things! Left a ring on my bedside table which was found by the staff and handed in. Judith phoned straight away and I returned on my way back through to collect it. Many thanks!!! The lady who cleaned the room was wonderful with her honesty. Happy with the room which was quiet despite being full. Modern fit out. Will stay here again when next in Kingaroy.

The location was perfect, in a quiet part of town, facilities were far beyond what we expected and great little things to make one feel very special - dental kits, eye covers, coffee/tea, biscuits etc. Possibly one of the nicest motels we have stayed in .

Some parking is a problem for larger SUV's. We had room 2 and could not park in the allocated parking space, however, there is other onsite parking provided for larger vehicles.

Location was great, close to the Kingaroy RSL. The heater was on when we arrived which was lovely. No one physically on reception when we arrived but when I called the phone number listed (twice - had to call back again), both times the ladies were very helpful and welcoming with our check-in. The extra's were great - hot chocolate, toiletries. Would stay again, value for money.

the vanity cupboard door needed to be wiped down, but that was the only thing.

Clean, comfortable with all the mod cons. I loved the good supply of tea, coffee, milo & milk. The bed was very comfortable! And a great shower 😊 Very short walk to the RSL, Cafe’s, Bakery & a Shopping centre.

The only thing is the parking. If your car is bigger than a small SUV you’ll find it hard to park on the premise, especially if the car park is almost full. They are all reverse parks with not much circulation space in front. However there is ample parking in front of the motel, which was good!

Very nice friendly staff, this was a great part of our stay with you! The room was beautifully clean and everything was provided for a very comfortable night's stay. The whole room felt very welcoming. We had a beautiful breakfast at the Youngman Street motel which we stayed at on our second night, there is no breakfast available at the Room Motel East.

Have stayed a lot in hotels over recent years. This one was a very pleasant surprise and excellent value for money. Breakfast was unavailable but we were directed to the hotel across the road. Position was good, walking distance to the RSL. A relaxing night after a long day training.

Nothing . The hotel present very clean and quiet

Almost everything, from high water pressure for a shower to the comfortable King size bed. All expectations in the room where met. All amenities in excellent condition.

Car parking was quite interesting with a very tight parking zone for rooms 1; 2 and 3; as allocation for parking reduced by handicap access facilities. Limited staff access on weekends, however very prompt attention when number in the reception window was rung.
