Modern, clean and comfortable to the best degree. We were not expecting much being a small rural town but it was like an oasis. Location was superb for an overnight stay as it was quiet and easy to get to, not far from the main drag and easy to recommence our travel in the morning.

Nothing. Didn't give the best score for staff as we didn't see any or have any personal contact, but that suited us as we had no need to. Easy booking, check in and out, and nothing required as room was perfect. Oh, maybe a very small complaint about parking as our park wasn't immediately in front of our room, but certainly didn't cause much inconvenience.

Our room was beautifully set out, extremely clean and attractive, management was very helpful when I called to advise we would arrive later than expected, sending me details of how to retrieve our room key from the lockbox outside reception. Our bed was very comfortable which we appreciated after travelling a long distance and the Royal Motel Miles exceeded our expectations and the room rate very affordable especially in our current economic climate. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Our room was upstairs and after a long trip and our age was a bit daunting but exercise is good.. right ?

It is spacious and the bed was firm and comfortable. Easy access to the service station, eateries and lots of parking onsite available. The motel was easy to find and the check-in process was smooth.

There were only one issue during our stay that we would raise for the Motel to consider. There were little red ants inside the unit- on the coffee making/microwave area and some on the bed. Maybe it is only because of the heat that there were ants during our one night stay.

Modern and clean. Plenty of parking the rooms are a generous in size great airconditioning. I have stayed in Miles many times and this is by far the best

I don’t like the upstairs rooms only because the one I had was so far away from the stairs. So on the way back I booked a patio room so I could get downstairs which was better but more expensive

Soundproof rooms and off the main highway meant no traffic noise. Lots of room inside... not claustrophobic like others.

We were hankering for a hot cuppa and arrived in the early hours of the morning. However there was no milk in the fridge and everywhere was closed. Would have been wonderful to have had some milk available.

A newer motel which was a pleasant change from the older motels which we often end up staying in. The room was large and the bathroom was well appointed. Everything we needed was available in the room for our overnight stay. The motel was quiet and there was plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend this motel.

Nothing we didn't like.

I normally don't have an overnight stay in Miles as a part of my Bi-Yearly work run out west. However, I found myself needing to stay in Miles and found this accomodation online. The hotel is a delight. The rooms are very spacious and modern. What you would typically find in a large city as a business style hotel for three times the price. The pricing is amazingly low for the calibre of facilities, space, and comfort you receive. The room is very well appointed, spotlessly clean and well kept with toiletries. The bed was large and comfortable. Great fast free Wifi access and a resort-style walk in shower. Local pubs will deliver to your room should you wish to stay in and not venture out. It was off the main road and so very peaceful and quiet. The images do not do the justice to the modernity of the rooms. Check-in was a breeze. The caretaker couple was incredibly friendly, accomodating, and personable. It was a joy to have a prolonged chat with them both. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued, and I wish them every success and happiness in the future. If you need to stay in Miles, look no further as this location is the goto place to stay!

Nothing at all.

Fairly new motel. Rooms spacious, clean & comfortable. Nice sitting area so you don't have to sit on the bed. Desk for laptop. Sitting area outside although in summer would be very hot. Great shower with good water pressure. Nice quiet location. Price for the room was excellent. Would definately stay here again.

Couldn't fault anything.

Comfy beds, spacious, crockery, cutlery, microwave, fairly new and modern motel. Misplaced our swipe card, rang after hours number and grateful to manager for arriving with a new card at no charge.

Couldn't quite park in front of unit and front door was around the back.

The room was very clean and quiet. My husband left behind his wallet. Ide, the assistant manager, posted the wallet back to us in Melbourne. Ide and her staff were exceptional. She contacted us once they found the wallet and kept us informed how she was returning the wallet. Thank you!
