Close to main shopping and food precinct. Had a pool. Staff friendly. Small kitchen with microwave and sufficient crockery etc. Fresh water supplied for kettle. Small but sufficient and friendly rooms.

Sheets very wrinkled, pillow case smelled like last person who stayed. Not sure that they were changed before my stay. Lovely teal coloured new towels but they had not been laundered and the dye came out of them and the face washer. Was great that there was kitchen cloth and t towel, but they looked unclean. These things really need attention. Didn't meet expections in these areas.

The location was ideal, across the road from the Tourist Information Centre and the hub of many exhibitions attractions and tours. It was also very quiet and comfortable for a solo traveller. The managers were lovely and enabled me an early check in as I arrived in Mt Isa around 11am. No problem minding my bag for the day before I flew out.

Location mainly but the room was quite nice and the beds were comfortable

I didn’t like that the powerpoint for the microwave and fan were a bit too far up the wall to reach. If you’re a short person (like me) I had to stand on a chair to reach it. That is pretty dangerous too if you’re an older person.

Very comfortable, neat and tidy and close to shops and places to eat for people with no transport!

Needs a small clothes line rather than use driers when good drying weather, and cold water in fridge on arrival.

Fran, the new manager was very friendly and helpful. We were a little apprehensive as it was the only motel we could find in Rodeo week, but even though this is an older motel, the rooms were very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The motel is right on the main road, but due to the position of the units the road noise is not noticeable

I never went swimming but the pool looked fun I liked the very helpful staff, it's situated right on the highway but felt safe and yes the staff were great

Nothing really very convenient close to shops and great value for money

The place is under new management. The lady was wonderful. The room was spotlessly clean. The parking was right in front of my room and there were no noisey guests.

The bed mattress was pretty hard. It is such a minor thing but I think new mattresses would make this a 10/10 for me

Rooms are a nice size, clean and attention has been taken with little home touches around the facilities, colour scheme is nice. The managers are extremely welcoming and they are happy. Nothing seems to put them out.

Located 5min walk from the main Pub and Supermarkets in town. Very Accessible The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Felt like I was at home

Only complaint was that I had to leave. Very much enjoyed my stay

Location was fantastic everything was within walking distance supermarket take aways hungry jacks and a pub . The manager Fran she is a Irish lady who is a lovely lady who was very helpful l only stayed one night but felt right at home
